Really disappointed.Ordered for 6.30pm today, arrived half an hour early . If I'd wanted to eat at 6 I would have ordered for 6!Crispy Aromatic duck, was not at all Crispy, not cooked enough and very fatty.Rest of meal not that great either but the duck was what I'd fancied tonight and it was quite unpleasant.Definately not worth the money. Unlikely to be ordering from here again

I ordered a delivery tonight… having accidentally walked in to the Jade a couple of days ago to collect for a neighbour… !!! Wrong door! Lovely man gave me a menu!…obliged to order next time out of curtesy…Well… our dinner tonight…”curtesy” executed!. Freshly deliciously cookedVegetables… rice, satay chicken “yum”, crisp vegetable spring rolls… Singapore noodles…The Jade has Won a new customer. :-).

Extremely pricey, and extra £5 added in charges. Good was mediocre.

Sorry but was so hot couldn't eat it both our meals really unpleasant ! And took 1 and 20 mins to arrive.

Ordered the set meal for 3 on Friday and it was delicious.Hot, fresh tasting and plenty too go round.My only two critical points are, the menu is out of day (as someone has already mentioned) so the difference was about £4:50 and also there is a delivery charge which I never understand why this is added.Please update your menu/website.

Really delicious food and very nice gentleman at counter. I've been here a few times, now, as my regular place was closed due to the virus. I've tried quite a few dishes over the past couple of months and the food has never been less than first-rate!!Keep up the good work!!Just ordered the House Special Chow Mein. It's a really big container and full of noodles with big pieces of beef, chicken, prawns, vegetables - fantastic !!

Always been my local Chinese, never had bad food since coming, always super quick on pick up and the customer service is great

Been here a few times now and every time the food has been to a really high standard, and really lovely. The staff are really friendly too. The place doesn’t look too great, but the food is brilliant.

Worst Chinese I've ever eaten! Ordered from here yesterday, we spent £40 and most of it went straight in the bin.Duck pancakes were ok, but that's where it ends. Not enough hoi sin for the duck. Prawn crackers were stale and mostly inedible. Singapore noodles were greasy and bland. Pork balls felt like they were left over from 3 days prior, then boiled to remove all the flavour before coated in whipped batter, very odd, chewy, bland and inedible. The ribs were a horrible cheap cut with broken fragments of bones and gristle throughout. Again totally inedible. Beef in oyster sauce again was so inedible, full of veg which I normally love, but the mushrooms tasted very "canned" and a very preseverative taste throughout. Just had a couple of bites before I had to chuck the rest.It was so disappointing. It had a decent star rating and was looking forward to an indulgent Chinese. But instead, just felt ill after.I think even a weight watchers ready meal would have been more enjoyable.

We have just finished eating our Chinese food order, which was delivered very quickly and well within the time stated, and I can honestly say that this was the tastiest Chinese meal that I have ever eaten...... I felt that I had to phone them up after we had eaten our meal, just to let them know that we will definitely be ordering from them again, as it was quite simply delicious. Also the food arrived nice and hot and did not need reheating, as the delivery driver brought it inside a thermal delivery bag. Thank you for a fantastic eating experience, and a very well deserved 10/10 :-)
