Very nice pub to meet up and socialising, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Great pub

Food nice, sadly understaffed on Mother's Day 1 waitress seemingly dealing with everything leading to extremely long waits even to pay the bill!

Too loud, dirty and the fried chicken was incinerated, will never go again

Absolutely the best Sunday roast ever and the most friendly welcome.

Met up with us grandparents, 2 sons,wives and 3 grandchildren for a meal after an hour at Jump in Burgess Hill. Had table in a side room for us 9.Excellent meal and well looked after by our waitress Courtney.Also another waiter at times and the bar manageress. All very friendly but professional. Thank you for ending our day out with lovely memories of the meal. Thank you again.

Had no GF options, many vegan, however vegan is a choice but GF is a medical issue.

The food was utterly epic, the staff were great and didn't forget about us even though we were randomly seated outside and their service was super friendly. The decor inside is really lovely and cosy. We will definitely be visiting again.

No sure about this pub, it's ok, but the staff keep getting the prices wrong, we've been over charged on a few occasions, it was corrected, but not the point. And very pricey chips, such a small portion for £3.50

We have been drinking at this pub for years and seen many changes of staff, management etc.We visited today and the COVID-19 measures were fine, the service was fine, the beer was spot on, but the garden area (it was very warm today) were well below the standard you would expect.The garden tables were splattered in dried bird mess (which could easily have been cleaned before the pub opened) and just behind the table was a dog mess bag (used) which appeared to have been there for sometime.All these months to make the garden area inviting to customers, and yet, it is completely neglected.This pub has so much potential, but is not living up to expectations.What a shame.

Dogs allowed, parking, reasonable food, outdoor dining (with heaters!), clean toilets and supportive staff. What's not to like? Tier 2 Innovation: well priced selection of 'substantial meals'
