Nice little pub with beer garden, clean environment and decor; very friendly and approachable staff.Good menu selection although could improve on Lacto free options on the deserts rather than the stock "sorbet."Food quality was generally good, let down a bit, roast lamb dinner was luke warm and not hot enough when delivered. Roast lamb meat was probably the rarest I've come across, I like my steaks like that but lamb needs a bit more than raw to enjoy the flavour.

Lovely ambience, great good, very friendly staff, bit pricy, no carpark. Had the pork belly with jus and it was lovely. Definitely recommended.

Great food and extremely welcoming staff. Always good for a lunch or dinner visit.

Warm welcome, great food, and superior beer and wine. Gastropub that draws both locals and visitors from further afield. French influence, with pub classics and a la carte menu, including great starters, very good fish, venison, duck and beef. Very well run restaurent and a relaxed cool vibe. My local in Lindfield. Reservation required at weekends, dog friendly.

I've had a lot of roast porks in my 46 years on this planet and I can safely say this is BY FAR the best crackling I've ever tasted! Everything else was great too, the staff, the venue, the garden. Highly recommend.

The Sunday roast is amazing. The pork belly was the best I've had. Great portion size. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Will definitely come again.

Very nice place for a few beers and very attentive pleasant staff.Shame the booking system for food is not user friendly. Email booking form online only. Telephone only a recorded message.Would be a 5 if booking system sorted out!
