"We are a one of small group of independent Hamburger restaurants. Uncle Sams first opened in Brighton 1971 when we were the only place to get a real hamburger in the south. Today we have 12 sites and still make the best burgers (and veggie and chicken meals) you can buy. We start cooking only when you give us your order. Nothing is made and kept in a hot box – everything is freshly cooked. We put a grilled lean Beef Pattie topped with lettuce and red onions and your choice of sauces and toppings in a toasted bun to make the best you can buy. We serve French fries, triple thick real dairy milk-shakes, fizzy drinks, onion rings and mozzarella fingers all freshly made to your order. Come round for a feast today"

Definitely the best out of all the uncle sams. They seem to use better quality ingredients than the rest, and the staff are really friendly and happy. Always a pleasure to visit

I love the burgers here, but so many times I go to there and its closed and not showing that on Google. It happened again yesterday. 😞

Food inedible and literally freezing cold , the burger seemed like a warmed up rustlers burger , chips cold and dirty looking and tastes like dirty chip oil. Wrank .

Wasn't that good as described in reviews, Burger was good taste but same as any kebab shop, nothing special, size is very small, you need order 2 if you want be full..pot off sauce need to pay , sauce simple as evry where . Staf friendly

Wow wow & wow.. THE BEST. i prefer vegan & I'm not left with much options, till I found out Uncle Sam. I love the combo Veg bacon burger, french fries & vanilla milkshake. Toooo yummy 😋.. sooo filling... and non veg is also great here.. my husband also loves this place. This is our go to place, when we wanna eat & relax.. Note: online orders only available till 7.30pm. I feel they can extend it a lil longer.

Second time have ordered via Uber eats….food was cold, drinks have leaked all over burgers as they are packaged in the same bag! £20 on food and had to throw it away but they blame delivery driver and delivery driver blames them! So disappointing and they need to change the way they send out deliveries!

Excellent burgers meat and veggie. The staff were excellent with sorting out dietary requirements. Will recommend to everyone, the best fast food in town.
