Unfortunately we had a very bad meal.Having ordered fish and chips, both items very greasy and soggy.Chips felt like they had been reheated a few times in the microwave and a very dark colour. Such a shame used to be a very good place to go with the food tasting fresh. I doult I will order again.

Very disappointed on this visit chips not cooked properly ,very greasy and half the chips were black( old or on the turn potatoes) chicken very dry ended up throwing half our dinner away! Only redeeming thing was the jumbo sausage my son had.Very surprised as only three orders including ours.Doubt we will return

Not very good greasy and cold fish and chips mushy peas would not use again if in the area. Definitely a thumbs down.

Chip were under cooked, bag lacked my front seat of my car was a bit oily. Lovely customer service.

Great gf scampi and chips. They will do gf any day and not to a time limit like other chipies. Friendly staff.

I could not write a new review so going to add to this one.I don't even have to get out of my car now. Viv sees me and I get the thumbs up. I nip off and walk the dog around the park and just perfect like the food, it's ready for me. Amazing. If I could give 100 starts I would.THIS IS THE BEST CHIP SHOP IN HAYWARDS HEATH.Now, I've eaten a lot of fish & chips in my lifetime so I am pretty sureI know what I'm talking about and Viv is an Angel !!!!

Friendly staff, great fish and chips and vegi burger and a covid safe venue with great social distancing in place. Very much recommended.

Personally think these are the best fish & chips in the area. However 2 Friday evenings recently we've driven over only to see they're shut, despite opening times online stating they're open until 9pm. Starting to not want to bother making the journey next time in case they're just randomly shut again, and find somewhere more reliable...
