Wayfield Farm Shop in Mid Sussex

Great little farm shop/cafe. They were short staffed and only doing breakfast items which was fine by us. Food was very tasty and coffee good.

I had their large full English breakfast and sat outside. Very tasty and highly recommended

Awful service. Told to sit where we wanted and come to the counter to order. Paid and waited over an hour for our order - got moved as our table was 'reserved', watched as that table had its order taken at the table and then their food arrive within 10-15 minutes. Asked at the till when we could expect our food only to be told they weren't aware we had an order in. Ended up getting a refund and left as hungry as we went in and with a fed up baby. Only worth going to if you enjoy watching other people eat or if you're on a strict diet where you can't eat

Great local farm tucked away in Pyecombe, just off the A23 northbound... you must follow the small signs to find it!! Great local produce, seating area and shop with lots of interesting stuff from food to quirky gifts. Excellent food options, including alternative milks and gluten free bread. The shop has a toilet and plenty of parking for a quick visit. Really friendly and helpful staff who will look after you nicely. Favourite snack: The Hot Sausage sandwiches, OMG. Will definitely visit again when I'm back in the area. Happy to recommend 👌 ☺

Great location and ambience. Decent food though not cheap. Our breakfast and coffee were both lukewarm - at best. When I explained and asked for another coffee, it arrived nice and hot but I was charged! Poor customer service there. Overall a decent place.April 2022. Went back today. The staff were overwhelmed but that does not give them license to be rude to customers. I waited 25 minutes for a mediocre coffee. To be avoided at busy periods. There was a group of us. All extremely unimpressed.

This was our second visit in a few weeks after it being recommended to us. Very good choice of hot and cold food from sandwiches to hot snacks to full meals to choose from, plus specials on a board. We were made to feel very welcome and our drinks arrived very quickly, plenty of tea in the pot which went down well and food was served pretty quickly too. The soup was gorgeous as was daughter’s toastie. Hubby raved over the full English and the chicken & ham pie went down a treat.This is our new favourite place to go. Thank you.

Lovely cafe with quirky interesting gifts to purchase. We had a lovely breakfast and couple of cups of drinks to wash it down. Very friendly place and dogs and children welcomed, including resident dog coming over for cuddles and titbits!

Fresh local products, delicious breakfast and just next to a23. Dog ice cream is available.

My favourite farm food shop and cafe...the full English breakfasts are the best in Brighton and Hove...but I want to keep it secret for myself.....oops!

Charming little place with the biggest, most amazing cream scone ever... I'm not going to need to eat for 2 days! Love the tractor in the shop. And excellent covid safety measures in place.
