"Crawley started out as a nursery over 30 years ago and today we boast an excellent selection of plants, garden care and gifts. We are pleased to offer our 'Little Bugs' Soft Play Area alongside our tasty Gardener's Retreat Restaurant so there is certainly something to keep everyone entertained."

Garden Centre is same as most .Was disappointed with the food .The salad was really not good and the Welsh rebit was a piece of baguette toasted with hardly any cheese. So wasn't happy paying £6.95..Other places are better value for the money.

Beautiful light and airy. Its been ages since we last visited, refit looks great. Delicious and reasonably priced soup and coffee. Membership card had expired, no notification of this, then wanted £12 to renew! Sorry but no thanks. All the staff we met, except the lady serving in the Guinness/ Cotton Traders department, came across as rude, miserable and not happy in their work. Such a shame as the place was lovely.

·

What a fantastic nursery, or should I say shopping experience. Has so much more than just plants. Although some of the plants seem a bit expensive still worth a visit, just hope you can find your way out as it is such a big place.

Lovely garden centre that sells high quality kitchenware, toys, and pet products as well as the garden related stuff. Great cafe with playground. The plant selection is vast and there us an excellent range of pots.

This is my first visit in a while, the cafe used to be small and friendly, and reasonably priced. It is now massive, and been totally refitted. It it is definitely not the place to visit on a Sunday lunchtime, if you only want a cup of tea. It was very busy, and service very slow. Prices are also now on the high side for a garden centre cafe in my opinion £3.50 for a small slice of cake is rather expensive.

Clean simple and pleasant environment with nice coffee and nice staff. A big range of products priced competitively. We enjoyed our visit.

In truth we intended on having just a cup of coffee/tea, how wrong we were.Notcutts was to us a veritable Aladdins cave. The first thing I, We noticed was the Politeness and Helpfulness of every staff member we had cause to interact with, I would especially like to mention one particular member, who went well above the call of duty in her helpful assistance, especially as it was all my fault, the young lady's name was Anita, and I would like to thank her here, Thank you Anita. The choice of so many different Departments was frankly an overload for us.Go on line by all means, but to be there in person is the best experience and way the to enjoy the atmosphere here.

Primary reason was for a quick bite at lunch time.. plenty of space. Straightforward menu with options for those with food allergies . Clean and very covid aware. Good food reasonably priced.

·

Some nice plants but the whole place is jaw-droppingly expensive. Many plants are 3x the price online (but the service definitely wasn't 3 X better). Popped in today for a plant and all of their Christmas trees were marked half price, but even after the discount most were still £50+. Simply cannot afford to shop here.

I normally love this place especially the restaurant however today I was extremely disappointed with the food I had taken my disabled mother and sister out for lunch we all got the festive turkey roast with all the trimmings.... To say it was a let down would be more than accurate for £11:95 per plate all we got was very thing slice of turkey, 3 roast potatoes, 2 slices of carrot, 2 chunks of parsnips, manky looking sprouts, a cube of stuffing and A cocktail size sausage with a tiny bit of bacon on it....Normally the portions are good but this was a major let down....Wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this meal at all.
