Zizzi - Haywards Heath in Mid Sussex

Fantastic lunch today , really good friendly service , not rushed and fantastic food. What's not to like. Many many thanks

The service was a little slow and the pizzas tasted a little bland. It was fine for a cheap meal to fill a hole and the tables have lots of space for you to park a buggy next to you but it just didn't have a wow factor for us I'm afraid.

Had a disappointing visit to Zizzi today. Our waitress Katie was lovely, very friendly, great with my son and was very quick with food service. However when we arrived we were given a sheet with the food items that were unavailable due to supply issues which I understand but then my fries were substituted with sweet potato fries by the kitchen without warning as they had just run out leaving me not eating half my meal, no other options to rectify were offered. Even when I queried. Drink service was appallingly slow, waiting 15 minutes for 2 cokes and the same again for a glass of tap water later on. The frustrating thing was the drinks spent that time sat on the bar but the one person who seems to deliver drinks was nowhere to be seen. The restaurant wasn't that busy with only one other drinks order waiting.I will say the food that was correct was very nice and the salted caramel brownie was delicious. Serving the kids ice cream with mini ice cream cones was a lovely touch too.Having visited previously and been very happy this is definitely a downturn in the Zizzi experience.

We just moved to Haywards Heath and most of our household stuff was still in boxes. Decided to try the restaurants in the town and ended up in Zizzi. So glad we did, as it was a very pleasant culinary experience. The food was beautiful. I've got a giant pizza Primavera which was well topped and my partner had chicken in an Italian sauce. Loved it. Service was fast and friendly. We will be back for sure.

Very busy and friendly service. Orders are taken through scanned barcode, but staff are willing to help for orders needing change.Was given pasta chips on the house that were very nice, with a little spice.Had the all the greens risotto, which was nice and a good sized meal.All in all, a quick and easy service.

The food and drink was really good at Zizzi Haywards Heath. They've redone the menu and you can tell they've put a lot of thought into it. We had a pizza and some pasta and loved both - the mozzarella garlic bread is a winner too! The restaurant itself is also pleasant, though we would've preferred to sit outside and for some reason they didn't open the terrace. Overall highly recommend for reasonable value and good flavours

I always start with three stars and increase and decrease according to each aspect of service.Premises. 5/5. Beautifully laid out. Airy, spotless and great deco.Staff; 4/5. Attentive. Friendly. Knowledgable and helpful. Not top marks as my waiter consistently changed throughout my table time. Would be good if same one stated with customer.Toilets. 5/5. Spotless.Prices; 3/5. Not the most pricey and a decent lunch offer always available.Food and drinks. 2/5. Presentation was excellent but the bolognese was heavy, something easily remedied. Coconut ice cream I would not have again either.But, on the whole, a nice experience and I would revisit.

First time here, would highly recommend - staff we're lovely as was the food, lovely setting and very comfortable atmosphere!

Ordered through the app which made everything faster.The food was yummy, prompt service and very friendly staff.It was very busy but guess it was the valentines rush.The cocktails were nice but a bit weak
