Asda Cafe in Milton Keynes

Bought a bottle of Baileys for my husband, as a gift from the children for Fathers Day. The bottle was delivered with rest of my groceries, last Monday, but the Baileys still had the security tag on. Can I get through ti the store to discuss this with them and just like any other time I have had reason to call you just cannot get through to speak with a person, the csll is disconnected.I am soooo disappointed with Asda Milton Keynes. What will they do to remedy the situation.My husband is I’ll, housebound and it’s not easy to shop in store, we also have a disabled child, so life is not straightforward.I have been a customer of Asda for many years. Right now, I feel like they have let me down very badly. And it’s not the first time this store has messed up but there is nobody at the end of the phone. Went into Asda after not been in there for a little while. Surprised to see how much money they’ve spent in a nice refurbishment, for the food hall to be an utter mess!! Tables were covered in left over food and rubbish! found it hard to find a table that wasn’t looking like a bin, long wait for food even tho it was empty. Only ordered a slice of pizza. And all the iPads are broken already!? Get it sorted Asda! and clean!

Please could you fix the refill machines for toiletries as a priority? Many people took a punt on it and would like to actually be able to use it. It's a nice innovation but if ASDA are just going to give up on it or not maintain it that's disappointing, especially if you've put deposit down on the containers. And also given that putting these in has taken business from smaller shops who do it so the least they can do is keep it going. If this was fixed I'd probably give the store a higher rating. The refill pasta/rice is good.

Refit finished and store look good. Loads of new features including multiple places to eat, draught beer outlet, weigh and save station and Decathlon products.An interesting makeover to try and offer something different over other Superstores.

Asda Home delivery is very poor,so many substitutes yet when you go to the store they are actually on the shelf minutes after they tell you that it is not. My theory is that they are using the substitute as a way of selling slower moving stock.Too many times have i been close to the store and able to go in and check and i have found mostly what they say is not available and needs to be substituted is actually on the shelf. Very poor way to treat there customers

Terrible - they substituted 4 of my items and only told me less than an hour before collection meaning I had no time to amend my order! Thought that childrens lunch fish sticks was a suitable substitution for fresh prawns when there were frozen easy cook prawns as an option for exactly the same price and gave me cake as a substitute for a traditional Jamaican bun! Pure laziness. Helpline and Ask Asda just as useless in helping with this! Rather you just take it off my order rather than charge me for items I didn’t want and then expect me to wait 3-5 business days for a refund - appalling.

Recent refurbishment is great, food Court looks interesting (didn't try). Always pretty busy, but it's a massive store. Staff could be quicker to move if customers need to get to where they are stacking shelves or perhaps not block an Isle by working opposite each other! Sorry bug bear of mine. Otherwise staff seem friendly and helpful.

Got food at the new food court today, what a shambles. Dirty, litter everywhere, oddly limited menus for each outlet which considering the amount of staff each one has is astounding. They're clearly given only a tiny space to work behind the scenes. Not sure anyone will care how awful it was, (I got a luke warm slice from Gregg's, as the other places looked like too much bother) as it's just full of people that don't know how to buy and eat food in public, people who's big trip out of a weekend is the supermarket each week, they won't know what it could be. An American food court it ain't, get a member of staff there with a trolley, some spray and blue roll and it'll help. I think I'll go back to eating a pork pie while I shop and putting the wrapper through the till, always paid for.

I went today using the click and collect area, I unfortunately had a few issues as I was unable to use the "I'm here" option on the asda confirmation email as it kept looping me round to log in again, so I tried the phone number and ext but had nobody answer. Very fortunately while the phone was still ringing through a very helpful guy came out with my shopping. On the whole I would use the service again as all of my products had good dates and were in good condition too. As stated the actual staff present are helpful and friendly, I'm hoping they were only having a few minor technical issues with the website and call line.

Large store. Good collection. They are focusing a lot on reusability and reducing plastic. Refill stations are cool
