My husband and I had another lovely meal here tonight. The staff always ensure a warm and friendly welcome and the food, as expected, was delicious. I would like to personally thank the Chef, Ryan, he always cooks my food exactly how I like it. Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable.

Visited during busy evening for a dinner and found rather great quality food at the Barn.We ordered Chargrilled Prawns and The House Stack burger. Food was very high quality and served hot. Fries and chips were perfectly cooked and the meat in the burger was well prepared and full of flavor.Drinks-wise we tried Blackurrant Royal and Coors beer. Cocktail was great but beer felt a bit watery.Service was great and staff helpful. One thing to note - where menu states 'two burgers' it actually means 'double burger'. Not sure why such nomenclature.Overall it was really good and will definitely try something else in the future.

Lovely breakfast served quickly with very friendly staff.Have been before many timesGood selection of cereal, yogurt, granola fresh fruit pana chocolate croissant and blueberry muffins if you didn't fancy the cooked breakfast which is unlimited. Great coffee machine too and a selection of teas.Would highly recommend

Had a very nice meal yesterday at The Barn with my family (under my daughter’s name) the roast lamb and veg were so delicious. It is my little grandsons second home they came Saturday as well for breakfast. They love Marcus he is so good with them as they go so often, we had Graham he is lovely too and Marcus sister the receptionist. Please make the ladies toilets bigger so that you can close the door.

Ambiance was good, food portion was really good. I really couldn’t finish my steak. Steak was good, could have been tastier though. Calamari was really nice and the desserts was the right amount of sweetness to top everything off. Overall, not a bad experience.

Seemed a little short staffed when we visited. We waited a few minutes to be seated although we were at the front of the queue. Food was really nice and better than our usual experience with Beefeater. This is the first time we've visited this particular location.Steak was cooked perfectly on the mixed grill and everything very tasty. We ordered the sharing plater for starter which had the wedges missing. There seemed to be "extra" ribs and nachos to compensate but nothing communicated form the waitress.

Sadly, this time and the time before have been bad experiences. My husband and I have always had a good meal before this.Tonight we both ordered fish and chips., and I think I can honestly say it was the worst meal I have ever experienced. The fish batter was very thick and dark making it tough to get through, once inside the fish had been so overcooked it had shrunk and tasted like rubber. I kept trying to find an edible piece. I managed one mouthful before deciding I really couldn't eat it. Therefore my dinner consisted of chips and peas. The waitress obviously did notice as she came over and asked me if everything was OK. I told her and she did offer me another meal but due to timing and not being fair on the rest of the family I couldn't. I did say I wasn't willing to pay for the fish but happy to pay got the other items. It was removed from my bill, a good resolution just a shame it was such a poor meal. If I were the cook I would have been embarrassed to send it out.

Ordered hit chocolate. After 30 mins waitress came and said no hot chocolate so had to choose alternative. Why did it take 30 mins to tell me. I could of popped to supermarket and bought some in that time
