Bella Italia in Milton Keynes

We were advised food likely to be half an hour so to order both starter and main course at same time. Our mains arrived but no starter. We asked the waitress who then promptly got them. They looked like they had been sat for awhile. Waitress grated parmasan for my friends but not me although id said yes. She rushed off and and esd gone.Meal its self was fine.

After 45 min wait outside in the cold , while half of restaurant was empty, we've been seated on a dirty and sticky table. The food was average, we won't be coming back

I came yesterday with my kids to the restaurant. The staff was super friendly and the environmental was spot on even on busy Saturday afternoon. The food was delicious and everything was on a timely manner. I would go again there with my family and highly recommended to everyone!

went here for dinner before the theatre, waited for an hour for our food, which was disgusting, pasta was cold stuck together, sauce was just like milk, the chicken dish was missing the chicken, all in all we could have done much better at home in 15 minutes, will not be returningHowever one good note our young waiter was amazing running around all the time we were there, doing an outstanding job on his own when there should have been at least three of them, well done you

Always good food and friendly staff. Even though they were short staffed today they managed to get our orders out very quickly. Very impressed

27 January 2022. My friend and I came for dinner. Lots of table ready. Served quickly and efficiently by Armand. Our food was hot, flavourful and serving was a good portion. Compliments to the Chef and Armand tonight.

Waited over 30 mins at the door and was not even greeted. The only interaction we had was a waiter who was in the middle of serving guest wave their hands around ushering us to close the door. (There are two doors so not like heat is getting out) We waited a further 20mins after being ushered to shut the door thinking someone would come and greet maybe even sit us. But no we had no one come so we chose to leave the premises and eat elsewhere.Worst thing was there was loads of empty tables !

Absolutely superb service.The manager who had just moved from Cambridge was on the ball.We were running a little late to go to a show but they more than looked after us as we had a 3 course meal which was awesome and were at our show in under an hour.Can't get better than that....

Nice restaurant. It was quiet when we went on a Saturday afternoon. Sadly, the staff would let us sit outside because they said they couldn’t see us. However, the food arrived relatively quickly. The food was okay, although Pizza Express and Zizzi’s both do better dishes. The food was cheap with the set menu. I probably wouldn’t visit again, as it didn’t seem particularly amazing and there are lots of other food options nearby.
