Broughton Fish & Chips in Milton Keynes

Greesy ( soaked through all paper) def not gluten free. Both times been unwell. Portions tiny. Staff do not seem to know what to do. Lots of food cooked and just sitting in warmer. No where as busy as old shop. Could do with a deep clean.

No menu on the screens. Ordered a regular portion of chips. The taste was good but the portion size was small. Not enough to share unlike other fish and chip shops. I’m glad I ordered only the chips though as now I know I would have been disappointed with the rest of their portion sizes.

The prices on the menu where not correctly advertised and it was expensive for the amount of food you get. The fish was freshly cooked at the time and was nice.

Refurb looks good. Staff were helpful and polite. No menu displayed at all in store. Ordered a large cod, large chips (to share) and donor meat on a quiet weekday evening. Cod was the size of my hand (wonder what the mini cod portion is), soggy but hot. Chips and meat were not hot. Was £14 - expensive for what there was. Will stick to Moore's who are consistent and good portion sizes.

Used for the first time last weekend. Pleasantly surprised that they open during the day unlike many that open late afternoon. Small portions were good size for kids, great tasting chips. Only negative, the ketchup bottle was already open and used. Would use again 👍🏾

We ordered Broughton fish and chips threw uber eats. Our chips were cold and burnt they we're end bits of the potatoes. The cod was suppose to be a large and was small with just batter hardly any fish at all. Really disappointed.

Fantastic chips (large portion) and fish cake had to wait because they were so busy that tells me so much eat definitely here

Codswallop - very tasty, great veggie menu. Best curry sauce I've had in MK.

No longer there now called "codsworld" not great experience waited so long on friday night team were not organised, chips are crispy but fish is ok very greasey. No fork provided or salt an vinegar. Very expensive an no reciept...... No one knew what they were doing. Wont be going back!

Tried for first and probably last time today. Waited nearly half an hour for two lots of fish and chips. The fish was nice but the chips were a little hard and for what we paid there wasn't too many of them. If we lived closer we may of taken them back. We were passing and thought we would give them a try.
