Byron thecentre:mk in Milton Keynes

We enjoyed good food and good service at Byron this week, but felt quite let down by the surly service from the chap with the grey beard (possibly the manager?) He was quite cagey about us choosing a table that met the needs of our child. Just gave off a bit of a snappy and unfriendly vibe. The rest of the staff couldn't have been nicer so thanks everyone else 👍

Nearly had to take a mortgage out to dine in here.Food is good but for the price I’d expect Salt Bae level. Service was great but can tell why it was empty.Makes five guys look half reasonable.

Food was lovely. We had to guess that the menus were online. Chips are charged separately to the burger which makes it quite pricey. They slap on a 10% service charge which is cheeky. I asked for the bill and it came within minutes along with the card machine so paying was really quick and painless. Food well worth it and atmosphere was good

Came for my birthday meal, immediately disappointed- approached by the manager insisting we hadn’t booked- we did, they had an old list of the booking. They got us a table, server was a young girl and was lovely! Food was lovely no complaints there. The bill: added a service charge of £16! I asked if this was mandatory the manager said it wasn’t, and they laughed at me with another server! Absolutely awful way to treat paying customers, so disappointed by the management of this place, a woman and man who clearly have no customer service skills- clearing plates before all the party have finished eating and laughing at customers. Shame they let down the entire meal. Unfortunately I won’t be returning, embarrassing to my party and damn rude

I never knew Byron did Gluten free!!Plus the burgers are delicious and not small. When I am looking for places to eat with family I have to cave to eat something small and bland.If you are looking for a great family restaurant Byron is the place for you. Something for everyone.

Very tasty, had the c-rex chicken burger, bacon was very crispy could have been bit less so, but still nice. Side was bacon and cheese fries, could have done with more cheese and bacon in my opinion, was just on top rather than throughout. Had the salted caramel milkshake, was amazing delicious, good size portion too. Staff friendly and quick service.

Visited on a very busy Saturday lunchtime so had to wait a while for a table. Apart from that though, all good! As it was packed I thought I'd have to wait ages to be served, and for food, but service was great and food came quickly (and it was very nice). According to the bill, I was served by Rachel, so thank you!

Well done in this restaurant it means burned, ordered this burger for my daughter and she wasn’t even able to eat it … I wasn’t very happy with their service…. Don’t think I am going to come again in this restaurant !Update: the manager saw we are un-happy and she immediately offered us another one! Well this made me change my mind …so i’m going to raise my review from 1 ⭐️ to 4 ⭐️! Thank you!

I don’t usually visit Byron but visited late last night. The team were busy and getting ready to close. The service was kind and fast, the food came out quickly. The only thing I would say was that their chips were ice cold when I started eating. The burger was nice, very average when compared to GBK. I would prefer five guys or shake shack.. the ONION RINGS THO 😍😍 guys if you get anything from here, it would be the onion rings, they are SO GOOD!

The best milkshakes from a chain of restaurants, we came in here just for these. Bit expensive at £5 each but the flavours and textures are well worth it!
