Located inside the MK shopping centre, I came here in a group of 6. Food was OK, nothing spectacular, I ordered the steak with sweet potato fries, and the pecan pie for dessert. Food was basic, extras like garlic butter were chargeable, and I feel it could have been dressed with something more like coleslaw or decent greenery (few pea shoots) just didn't really do it.. Again, you could add sides as extras which were quite expensive per portion. The pecan pie was quite soggy and very, very sweet.. I love sweet things, but for me that was a bit of a let down flavour wise..the live music (Jazz band with lady singer) wasn't too bad, but way too loud, we struggled to hear each others conversation, and eventually mentioned it to the staff, who not only agreed it was too loud, but that we weren't the only customers who had said so. It did improve, and overall the evening was pretty good. Staff were really polite, interactive and very attentive and the place was absolutely spotless and well organised. See pics.

We waited 15 minutes to be shown our table even though we bookedI ordered an 8oz steak which had a £5.00 supplement the size was more like a 4oz steak.Had to send it back as it was rare even though I ordered medium, 2nd steak came out well doneDisappointed

Had a lovely afternoon tea at the Milton Keynes Cafe Rouge location. The staff was excellent! We all enjoyed having croque monsieur instead of finger sandwiches.

Went there for the first time ever. The service was dreadful. You could hear the kitchen workers arguing in the kitchen . Cutlery dropping onto the floor in the restaurant . The staff talking about there issues in front of paying guests. The food was served in drips and drabs. Nothing fantastic. Over priced food . Ended up in nandos which was excellent

We had the cheese afternoon tea, selection of cheeses was really nice, the wine that comes with it was lovely too. Helpful staff. Would recommend for something a bit different.

Good food and excellent service, nice olive starter and drinks. I had the Beef bourguignon with large pieces of smoked pork mash potatoe and caramelized onions. The meat was tender and almost melt in the mouth the whole meal was perfect. The wife had the Moroccan Vegetable Terien which she assured me was very good. Not the cheapest place to eat but well worth a treat if you're in the area.

Highly recommended. We ate here for a celebratory meal, all 3 courses were very nice. Steaks cooked to perfection. The staff are very attentive and welcoming.

Came here for a wedding anniversary meal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food. Reasonably priced. Lovely surprise from the manager. Thank you.

The chicken burger is great but make sure tell them to take of the mayo. They have a special mayo which has a similar taste to wasabi. I had to reorder the burger without any sauces for better taste. You can order ketchup and mayo afterwards
