Food is touch and go. Sometimes very tasty other times very dry and hard. i would say a little expensive but not bank breaking. i would recommend this place but only when food is fresh or you may find you end up with a chipped tooth. also not always clean the tables are usually dirty.

Disappointing experience after eating chopsticks for many years in Birmingham. Noodles feel not cooked and food is just warm-ish when purchasing. Place is not very clean either. The only thing good is the waiting time is quiet short (as not many people are visiting) and there is quiet a lot of sitting but again a lot of seats are unavailable as rubbish still left on the tables - staff seem to prefer to chat. The only good employees were the random birds coming in and picking up food from the floor.Overall poor experience - won’t be coming back.

Was suggested by my friend Faizan Malik, he opposed the idea of Kokora, by selling the dream the portion of ChopStix was much more preferable to our normal portion of dietries. So we summoned a large box, 3 toppings and my other associates chose the medium ( a wiser choice on their behalf) quick service was led by the forefront, a quick fill up of the box with rice, katsu, and salt chicken, followed by crazy service that my friends were served and one even over took me and paid and was eating. BUT then .. I asked for a drink and all the drinks were stored outside the fridge.. bit weird yes but anyway paid £9.65 for my meal, sat down for a scrumptious meal that was reccomended by Faizan, and disaster struck! Oh yes, a mega disaster! I had tasted what could be said real off the street food, rubbed through the dirts of the amazon forest and piled with the seasoning of ... plain old NOTHING! It was dry like the Sahara, I could not bare eating it, I had to stop and put an end to it all and stopped eating ! GO Kokora! This was cheap food at its worse, but again I applaud the staff but sorry food was awful. Enjoy my experience.

Adequate food for a fair price. Quick service. Friendly staff member served us. Tables and chairs could be cleaner since the tables were sticky. The food was ok.. a very average chinese, the quantity was good.

Chinese cuisine, really nice. Usually you can get small, medium or large portion. Good variety, nice taste. Usually stuff is very friendly, quick, helpful. Good price as well. You may also get drinks there, but as far as I remember you can pay only cash there, no card payments accepted.

Poor service. No Tempura veg any more. Didn't want curry so asked for peppered potatoes wedges. They asked if I wanted rice or noodles. Noodles. Then asked if I wanted toppings. No. I ended up with noodles only & no wedges! Noodles very salty. Shan't go there again

No more....I've been coming here for many years for my lunch, today I asked my usual Fire Cracker Chicken only to have a hand waved at me and in bad english told they didn't do it anymore, I paused waiting for a recommendation to have in place of it but no more words came, so I left.No wondered this place only has 5 or people in when I go there, no manners and no customer service, this frustrates the hell out of me, they lost a sale today because they couldn't be bothered to help me out! From now one I'll be using the one around the corner.

Great street food and cheap but tasty. Can be a bit salty at times. Have a few chairs and tables to sit in. Serve Halal food too. No parking but can use town centre car parks for a small charge.

Used to come here every time we came to MK. Not any more. It seems to have a new owner and everything is now over priced, tasteless and way too salty. We have just been in at 5pm on a Saturday. It used to be packed. Today it was empty and I can see why. Expect this place to go out of business pretty soon! Also, just watched the rice being changed over and he used his fingers to scrape the last of the rice out of the old tray. Food poisoning here I come! Avoid at all cost!! ! We left most of our meal on the table and we was starving.

I've come back to this place 3 times. The first two times were on a Friday, and the food has been okay, but overpriced IMHO.However, I've come here today (a Thursday) and the food has been bad and over priced. Paid £4.50 for a small sweet and sour chicken and noodles. Noodles were way oversalted, and the sweet and sour chicken was so watered down that I could barely taste the sauce at all.I ate it because I needed food. But of the food is this inconsistent, as well as very overpriced, then I'm not sure I'll be returning at all.
