Creams Cafe in Milton Keynes

Shah, was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. So kind and mindful. He took into account my allergies and made my order with caution. Extremely happy and would come again!👍👍

I attended with my son and had a white chocolate cookie dough. It is absolutely divine!! He had a waffle- which was huge and delicious. Would highly recommend to everyone. Staff are lovely- in particular Shah who was awesome. Can’t wait to return 😁👌🏻🙌🏻

Very disappointing wish I had read the reviews before bringing the daughter here for a birthday treat. About the only nice thing was the donuts. The rest of the food was poor standard and taste. My cooking dough was intact 3 cookies that where more like melted sugar than dough. Half there menu was out of stock including alot of the vegan options. Then the price which I wouldnt mind if the portion sizes where at kaspers standards but they are way smaller. Please don't come here!!

Mm not all that, tasty but disappointly stingy, it is really small for the money and they have changed menu so that the set banana and strawberry is no longer on the menu. You have to make your own. Really tiny and not worth the money. The creams in Bedford they gave you a whole plate and presentation is amazing. You could easily share between two. Below left is creams in Mk and right is creams in Bedford :/

We visited Creams MK this morning and had a great time. The waffle was nice hot and fresh. Clean environment and staffs are super friendly. Will definitely come back.

We decided to take my daughter and a couple of her friends here as an early birthday treat as we was up in MK doing some retail therapy!What a shambles - all the staff are so gormless and have no clue about customer service! We was shown to a booth and told I needed to go up to the till and order - that was no problem and after deciding on what we all wanted I went up an ordered it.That's when it all went wrong! After around 15 minutes they bought up the 1st of the waffles a 'chocoholic' waffle which my daughter said was quite nice, another 10 minutes pass, and they bring up another waffle - one which we didn't order, however the waiter (if you can call him that) didn't understand English and just shrugged his shoulders at us and called someone else over! I ended up showing them my receipt to see what I did actually order.Again, another 10 minute wait and me having to go up to the till to chase them up, they finally bring us the correct orders! The waffles were OK, luke warm but it was the poor customer service and bad attitude that ruined the whole atmosphere.We wasn't the only table having issues, as whilst we were there we saw at least 3 other tables returning food they hadn't ordered! It was real shame as it could be so much better if it was managed and run by people who actually cared!I won't be returning to this or any other Creams franchise anytime soon.

One Creams is pretty much like another but this is probably one of the better ones we have visited. Service was quick, the desserts were nicely presented and the restaurant itself was clean and tidy.

I don't usually leave reviews but Cremes definitely deserve one because the service is excellent and the desserts are really tasty. I'm a bit picky when it comes to desserts but the staff are always happy to accommodate. We have a pretty big family so I love that there's plenty of seating so we all get to sit together comfortably.A special thank you to Raihana and Shah who always greet us with a smile and friendly manner!! 😊

Visited this dessert lounge last week and wasn’t awfully busy, so got our order quite quickly.However, the wrong waffle and sides were given and we only realised once reaching back. Made a call and spoke with the manager.Mr Shah then apologised in all fairness and said when we come again he would provide some desserts complimentary.UPDATE:Due to the wrong order being given last week, we went today to pickup the correct order. Once again, in full trust; we didn’t feel the need to check. Reached home to realise they had cooked it just enough to say ‘it’s cooked’. Totally disappointing with how soggy and soft the actual waffle was.

Vegan options available the waffles and the crepes are really nice.Personally, I do not recommend cookie dough or the milkshake.The vegan milkshake is very watery and the cookie dough is just a heated large cookie.
