Dixy Chicken in Milton Keynes

Food was very fresh and full of flavour my new favourite place thanks Dixy's staff are very helpful and super polite. Will definitely be a regular. Absolutely satisfied if I could give 10 stars.

DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANTI used this company through just eat my meal come over an hour late and was missing items. I turned away the food as it was stone cold and rubbish quality. I had been calling them for over half hour, and because i sent the food back they then finally called me. They lied on there comment reply, I didn't try to steal there food, i told him to take it back we wasn't wasting money on bad quality food. They also said they offered a 50% discount which again they did not and they tried to make me buy the meal full price still, trying to send the guy back to me and i had to keep telling them no I didn't want it. Telling me they don't want customers like me, well i don't want to use a service that doesn't make up for there wrongs and lies.When you put in an order for food and they have accepted your order you automatically enter an agreement some of which they agree too are- fit for purpose- as described- satisfactory quality- services ought to be carried out with due skill and careNON OF WHICH WAS METTrying to call me a thief i wouldn't steal that awful quality food, if i bought it would of only gone in the bin.ALSO If i tried to steal off the delivery why would you keep trying to send them back. I checked the quality of it and gave it back.

Never got ripped off like this in my life , 5 pieces of peri peri wings all burnt and dry, never had this small size of it in my life . Chicken tikka kebab was too dry , I had to through it to the bin . Guys please avoid this place

Ordered burger and chicken takeaway. Horrible burger bun, under cooked chicken patty and hash brown, undercooked chicken. Not to mention the poor quality. One guy working in the whole shop no wonder he forgot to put my chips with my food and I realised at home, dirty kitchen. This is not the Dixy you may have tried in other cities, this is actually horrible. Avoid

A very poor excuse for a takeaway. We have used this place a few times, each time giving it the benefit of doubt but ultimately the food is of poor quality.Our last meal was nothing like the menu advertised. Cold and tasteless. Went back to the counter to explain my disappointment, the staff member was baffled and offered no resolution given. Won’t be going back !

Ridiculous pathetic rotten chicken wings they do not cook anything fresh. Ordered a quarter pounder meal & 6 chicken wings everything tasted like food warmed up in fridge . Wings breading was harder than a rock chicken inside was yellow & purple quarter pounder had rotten lettuce with rotten onions which get sodt after expiration . Please look after your health & stay away from ordering anything from this Dixy its should called chicken as it will make you sick and dizy Never ever again will we be ordering from this place. The best part was staff was very polite and assertive but the food was packed rotten which ended into our Caddy Bin atleast it can be recycled.

Steer clear from this place. Food is low quality and bad. It's overpriced for what you get. Very poor value for money. If you order delivery, food will arrive stone cold and late. When I spoke to the staff about not receiving salad in my burger, despite it being included in the description, they said I need to specify I want the food that I paid for. He argued that if I wanted the food I paid for, I should mention in the description box that I want it. Sweetcorn was mushy and not fresh, definitely expired. The so called "kebab" does not include any salad at all. Wings are very small and badly battered with no real flavour except salt. Pizza was oily and I received deep pan instead of thin crust and it only had bits of ripped fried chicken in it when I was meant to receive a "Dixy Special". When I asked the staff about this, I was told it was a mistake from Uber eats and there are no options for toppings or crust thicknesses available, despite it being available on the website and app. Would highly recommend to avoid ordering this if you are to at all try to order from this terrible food place. The staff I spoke to was very rude and argumentative.

I had an awful first experience with this place, I received dry burnt kebab for my young son who loves kebabs but wouldnt eat this one. I ordered a 'Supreme' burger and it was tiny, half the size of my cheese burger which was about the same price I had to embassingly serve to my other teenage son. They also sent me the wrong tango flavours I requested. It was some baby ting.

Ordered Chicken box. Chicken had no flavour, chips could tell had been reheated multiple times. Only positive was the man behind the counter was pleasant. But once home and tried the food never again. Most of it went in the bin. Really disappointed.

It should be sweet but the hint of wine gave it a bitter taste. The store stated that there was no wine and it was the natural flavor of the tomato sauce.For some reason, the 7up that I ordered with the deal was imported from Germany.The staffs have no knowledge of the ingredients that has been used. So it's rather useless to complain. This is the first and last time here.
