Absolutely disgusting ordered it sat down 30 seconds later it was Cook straight in the microwave they don't cook their food not the like they used to there

Always really tasty, not greasy food. We only ever take away so can’t comment on delivery but the food is spot on and always ready in 15 mins.

Where do I start. Firstly, I pre-booked an order at 2:30, for 6:00pm. It was over an hour late. The had to call 3 times, and spoke to the same unhelpful women on the phone 3 different times, telling me that my order was 5 minutes away. Then the driver did not have a clue where he was going, and by the time he got to my door the food was stone cold. Finally after all that hassle. I dished all the dinner up and was ready to eat, I cut into my chicken wings, to find it pink, RAW. My partners sweet and sour chicken balls were also raw. I called them back up to make a complaint and find a way to resolve the issue. The lady on the phone was rude, but worst of all. Tried to tell me that the pinkness in the chicken was safe to eat and that’s how they cook it. Absolutely bonkers. Ended up getting a refund after a whole argument about the order. Please stay away, waste of your time and money, let alone your health.

Quick and simple review on someone that's had enough of receiving the same rubbish service1. Your order will ALWAYS be around 20 mins late so around 1hr 10 mins for delivery. That's the honest delivery time2. Order after 20:30 and your food will be dry, hard and roughDont take my word for it. Just order and see.

We've waited over three hours at this point and still no sign of the food. 3 hungry and tired children had to have something from the oven. No one is answering the phone! Judging by these negative reviews it looks like we had a lucky escape but we'd still like our £40 back. What a scam.

So disappointed, was our regular Chinese, obviously been taken over. Just ordered the same as always, got home to prawns when I ordered chicken and the skewers tasted overwhelmingly of burnt wood and inedible

Ordered our food nearly two hours ago - said it would be here 40mins ago. JustEat app saying it has been delivered, money already taken out of account.... phoned over 20 times to try and talk to confirm but no answer... actual joke.

Awful is an understatement!I don't leave negative reviews but this is 100% worthy of it.Microwaved junk !Advised at time of ordering that delivery would be 40 minutes... 10 minutes later it arrived.The whole meal was only fit for the bin, and that's where it went.Never again.Really dissapointed.

We order from here all the time we love their food! We ordered our usual the sweet chilli beef etc..... the sweet chilli beef which we have had many times before was unedable! The amount of chilli was extreme! Tears and everything lol So... I thought give them a call just to let them know .... all I got was abuse sadly, ... I stayed calm and just said I just thought you should know that's its unedable ... he was not interested told me to call Gordon ramsey and put the phone down, 🤦‍♀️🤣 well

I've ordered Beef Szechuan as i wanted to try re-opening of this Chinese Takeaway, with totally new owners and chef. Totally refreshed interior looking nice and tidy. Beef was really aromatic and vegetables was super fresh. Flavors and spiciness was exactly fiting my taste. I hope this takeaway will stay on this level as i really can recommend it and i'll be comming back regulary.
