Lovely staff our waitress DAISY was so accommodating and friendly.The food was amazing cooked to perfection.The manager Rob was very approachable and gave time to speak to you.Not just a numbered customer which was lovely.Definitely would recommend you visit you would certainly not be disappointed.

I brought my son here for his birthday meal. He loved it. We all did. The staff were friendly and assertive.We've eaten here a few times and you guys never disappoint.Only thing negative I'd say is not being able to do our own salad bowl but apart from that a great experience had by all.

Really nice Harvester.I was a little confused on my last visit though. We went for an evening meal, the salad bar is open again, which is great. However someone walks out the kitchen to get your salad for you!! This makes no sense when there is no mask or gloves on this person and the come out of a kitchen where raw and cook foods are prepared in their own sections....its no different to you serving yourself!! I would like to see it back as self service asap please

Good food, great prices. Would have been better if they had spread the tables out a bit more. We had some very noisy neighbours, and bearing in mind the covid situation it wasn't comfortable.

Had a great evening with family and was looked after by Liz who made sure our experience was great and help us sort our bills out with our discount vouchers. I had the dirty bird combo a new item on the menu which is great! The salad cart was run extremely well with two younger members of staff helping people.

The venue is clean, the people are nice enough and I've had good experiences here previously, but this time... I went for Sunday lunch and wanted a roast. I eat chicken a lot so really, REALLY wanted either beef or lamb - it didn't matter which. But the only things on offer were chicken or turkey. They're both poultry and more or less the same thing. Why do that?! The food was well cooked and the portions generous, but it wasn't what I wanted. My friend and I then decided we'd have dessert and the waitress brought us the menus. If you've been to a Harvester before you know the majority of their deserts are ice cream based or are accompanied by ice cream. We told the waitress our selection - and only then did she tell us the ice cream machine was out of order! So, although the staff were nice enough and the food perfectly acceptable, neither course was what I wanted. I only get to go to restaurants a couple of times a year so this experience was a hugely disappointing let-down. I've given a 3-star rating because of a considerably better experience on the previous time I came here, otherwise it would have been lower.

We've been going to Eastlake for the past 10 years as a couple as well as in a larger group. There is not one thing we have found fault with. The food is delicious and great portions all at a great price. The staff are all cheerful, polite and patient and the restaurant is always tidy. If I could choose more than 5 stars I would!

Very easy booking system, nice and peaceful surrounding area especially in the summer. Staff are attentive, kind and very helpful. Food serving is quick. We have been here several times and by far this is our favourite branch to go to.

We were out and wanting somewhere to eat, found this nearby so booked and went. I was expecting usual average Harvester food, but I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, lovely well cooked food. If this was somewhere else it might have been four stars, but to be the best Harvester I’ve ever been to is worth an extra

Best pub meal we have had in a long time! Jayne was very friendly and made sure both me and my wife had everything we needed. Being gluten free didn't cause it's usual drama. Pubs can attend to all needs and this pub is a leading example! Gorgeous food. Great service. What more can you ask for. The only thing we are dissapointed with is it's not nearer to home. If it was it would become our regular.
