Hungry Horse, Broughton Hotel in Milton Keynes

You’ve got to accept that is is a high turnover place for food and the speed the food comes out at is really good, even when busy.But, when there is speed, there are areas that aren’t quite as good.Ordering is slow with there only being 1 till for food booking, suspect this is because they want you to use their app.The food was delivered quickly, great. A shame the cutlery wasn’t cleanest and the food was a good solid average. I went for an extra round of toast and I’m still wondering if it was actually flash toasted or it was stale. It had the toast sort of texture but whilst still being white.

Love the pub here, small and run by a lovely family. Food is exactly what you expect from a Hungry Horse. Service is always quick and staff can never do enough to help

Absolutely love this place, recently visited prior to going to airport for our Hols so thought we’d get a belly’s full before all the travelling. As always great reception from staff and landlady personally checking in on us to make sure everything is ok. Such a lovely lady, food was amazing as always and kind to the pocket. I had the All day breakfast and my partner had the chip butty. Good old fashioned wholesome food well worth a visit if you’ve never tried it you won’t regret it. Kept up the good work guys

Excellent menu, makes sure you go there hungry, portion sizes are very generous. Children's menu is excellent too. Food arrived very quickly.

Stayed here for two nights over the weekend. Fantastic stay beds are super comfy, rooms very clean.Really liked the heated towel rail in the bathroom.Housekeepers cleaned and refreshed the room.Check in was nice and easy. Had some dinner in the pub that’s attached and was lovely, food was hot and very tasty. Staff in hotel and in restaurant are very friendly think the young man who served us was called Steve great service!!Will definitely stay again.

Stay at the hotel for work and I will definitely be coming back, amazing stay the receptionist Emma was lovely from check in to checking out nothing was too much trouble absolute credit to the hotel! Room was refreshed everyday and the food in pub attached was great! Thank you!

Good place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff both in hotel and pub. Good choice of menus for pub meals and breakfast. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Quiet location. Definitely stay here again.
