I never ever left a review but these guys really deserve one. 5 stars are not enough for their good and fresh food and their friendly attitude.Our family and friends are constantly ordering from Istanbul Kebab and we are very very happy.The meat is always very tasty and fresh.My nearly 3 years old daughter loves it. Have been ordering here for years but recently the customer service/food standards have been going down the drain. Preordered my food for a specific time over 1.5h in advance, and the order ended up being 30 minutes late! I called the shop chasing but the people answering the phone didn’t even let me talk - kept talking over me and asking for my husband even though I was the one who ordered. The shop didn’t even seem bothered that the order was so late, to top it off the driver apparently left our order until last even though it was preordered for a specific time!. I understand being 5-10 minutes late as anything can happen but this is just plain out of order. Horrible customer service! Will never be buying food here. Avoid at all cost

I live a few streets away, so Istanbul is often one of the only takeaways open when I fancy just some chips and onion rings. This was on boxing day — when I got home I found a shard of glass in my food.
