1 star because the manager have me a no fuss refundThis was the amount of chips I got in the box that were cold and dry bearing in mind I opened outside the premises . One bite of the burger was dry as were the hot wings which was more coating than chickenWent in and asked for a refund which I rarely doAppealing will never revisit

The food was fine, but I was not impressed waiting 50 minutes between ordering and being able to collect my takeaway. Yes it was a Friday evening, but there were quite a number of us waiting around for that amount of time.

Just received an order with deliveroo, the food was stone cold, you had put the 3 cold cans of drink on top of the food!! The gravy had also leaked all over the food. After I took everything out the large popcorn chicken was missing, this is not the first time food has been missing from my order! I paid £28 for this and never ate any of it as it was inedible. Will never order from you again!!

I placed the order via the app after sending the payment. I noticed a message saying collect between 4 and 5 hours later. I tried calling several times to advise I was hoping to collect within the hour, but no one answered the phone. I took the chance to drive up there and notify I was ready to collect. When I arrived, the collection queue was extremely long. In the mealtime, my order number had disappeared. The queue was mainly made up of delivery drivers, noting a driver saying he had been waiting 45 minutes. However, I went to the order queue and showed my phone, which was showing 'no order', and she had found my order had been picked already. The overall experience wasn't great; I was full of anxiety and felt it would have been better to have just turned up at the drive-through.

Well it’s a bit meh, it’s alright,same old KFC menu but no hot drinks!!!Why?It was the first drive through in MK forty odd years ago!!possibly needs a revamp ?KFC in China now that’s a different story, their menu 10 years ago was infinitely better than UK KFC today

Their customer service is the worst, they completely ignore you and don't even take your order. One person had been waiting 20 minutes for their food. I will never go back there or use any KFC again...good work guys. I told them and said I will go to Mcdonalds but I think they are all deaf and no one said a thing so I left and went to a proper fast food place called Mc Donalds where I was not ignored, thank you McDonald's 🙂

As a regular customer here I was very disappointed last night, the food was overcooked and dark, plus the party bucket I ordered had tiny mini fillets, not the usual type I recieve. So bland tasting and short on what i ordered, i expect better.

I highly recommend that you stay away from this location during busy hours. The digital order machines are glitched and/or broken. I ordered from one of the machines and it took my money yet no order ticket was printed. I did remember however that my number was 2066 as it was briefly displayed on the machine before dissappearing. I sat and waited for over half an hour for my order to show up on the collection screen but it did not. I then heard multiple complaints from other annoyed customers in the store of the same issues: Not being issued an order ticket, slow service etc.Some of the customers were parents with hungry children who had been over an hour! A group of frustrated customers (myself included) went up to the counter to inquire about what was going on. The staff were extremely rude and impolite, ignoring our questions and deflecting blame and lying. The staff at the till even tried gaslighting customers by telling them their numbers had been called out already when they clearly hadn't been. Even if they'd been called out, they should display it on the order collection screen as that is what it is made for. Also, many of the employees shouted out the orders too quietly to hear and many were also non-native English speakers which made their accent hard to understand, for me at least.Finally, after about 10 minutes of complaining to the rude staff, we got "our" food. Unsurprisingly, the food wasn't even our order but at that point we were so hungry and done with the staff's nonsense that we just put up with it and went home. The only reason i'm not giving this place 1 star is because the food was decent and we got more than we bargained for.In conclusion, the customer service was a joke, the staff were rude and the wait times were atrocious. I strongly advise customers to stay away from this KFC during busy hours or just order KFC on deliveroo or just eat instead. I also suggest that parents especially should avoid this place if they have a few hungry children with them. Just take your kids to Mcdonalds or even your local Dixy Chicken for some food that is actually fast food. I strongly advise thay KFC train their staff on proper customer service skills if they want to retain their customer base in the coming decades. I find it absolutely disgraceful that a worldwide, multi-million pound fast food chain could have such appallingly low standards and consideration for it's customers.

Order takes ages, we can extract oil from chips. this might be the worst KFC in the country in my experience. Chicken never cooked properly in all my visits. Felt a bit lazy to go to town center one and visited Stacy bushes KFC today. See the pics how much oil in chicken. Chicken not cooked and have a rubber feel. Dear Stacy bushes KFC management please take some action and provide nice food to people.

Don't forget to check your drive thru orders, this time I had to drive back, I ordered, 1 fillet burger meal with 1 side and drink.Brown lettuce, dry fillet, burger bun fell somewhere in the machine we think... covered in black soot or whatever..Annoys me that this quality is still sold!! I'm pretty sure they wouldnt eat it - drove back to replace the burger!
