Ok typical fast food but definitely could do with more cleaning tables sticky food on chairs

This is the worst KFC franchise I've ever seen ! Too bad I can't rate it 0 stars ! On a Friday evening, at 6PM, only one working cashier, huge queue to wait in, then ordered a family bucket just to find out there are no deserts available, no slushies, no icecream, no coffee because none of those machines were working !It's called a family bucket but you'll have to separately buy your drinks and dips !Most of the tables were dirty, food on the floor, kitchen didn't look clean and I think this place only survives due to visitor influx from Excape.Avoid !

Was very busy but quick service. The server was not impolite but also not really interested. Didn't bother me though. Food was hot and tated lovely. Only other down side was no salt which was odd. Overall good quick service and good product.

The food was good but felt slapped together, well the zinger burgers did, there seemed to be nobody out on the floor cleaning sadly, so I had to clean the table myself, maybe short staffed. But all the table were messieWell I only saw 2 staff one on the till and one on prep, couldn’t see into the back, however the two staff I did see were very quick and efficient we visited at 13:45 and had to que, from joining the cue we was eating at the table within 7 minutes, efficient the staff got the stars ⭐️ 🌟 for speed 4poeples in front of me when I walked in and 2 Deliveroo guys waitingEfficient

Ridiculous. This is the 4th time I’ve tried to order the advertised ‘hot wings bucket’. Every time they have told me they don’t have enough, but today they told my other half that they couldn’t be bothered to cook anymore at this time. (8.30 by the way, they don’t close until 11!) also wouldn’t do a Krushem for the same reason apparently…. Oh and the Pepsi was basically water! ridiculous service. Been looking forward to having this all day. Sick of the awful, subpar service in this KFC. Hope head office do something about this to improve it. We love your guys food but are completely sick of this awful service.

Restaurant area was filthy, I understand sometimes people don’t clear up after themselves but this doesn’t excuse the uncleanliness in here. They had a sign saying cash only. So we used the self service machines but they were not processing either. I saw they was taking cards at till so queried it. The lady was so rude, dismissive and said “ do you want food or you can back of the line” I said the machine isn’t working and you have a sign saying cash only but can see your taking card payments. I ask can she take card. She said obviously. By this point by husband managed to process the order on the machine. But due to the sheer rudeness of this lady and people waiting over 15 minutes for food I asked for a refund. No apology or anything. constant wait in this place it’s central KFC in the mall so they should be more proactive.

The zinger burger had the appearance of something that had been sat on, and then kicked around the floor. The entire burger was squashed down to about 3cm. Being British, I ate it quietly and did not complain.

The tiniest KFC portion ever. I had been there a month ago and the place was disgusting with a really long wait more than 30 minutes. But, today I got my order in less than 5 minutes only problem was the portion size has shrunken. Maybe they’re using baby chicken today. Anyway didn’t ask any questions as I was in a hurry, staff seemed friendly and it was a clean, empty place today.

Went on a Friday night, but the queue was horrendous and not moving. I could only see 2 persons serving. In the end I left and went elsewhere, so can't give a detailed review of the food.

If I could rate 0* I would.The place looked like it had been abandoned since 1984, but yet there were people in there actually trying to heat up and serve warm 'food' and I use that word very generously.There wasn't a clean table or empty bin in the place and the people behind the counter were walking through discarded rubbish and dropped 'food' to serve.It was seriously the worst I've ever seen and a follow up email will be made to environmental health.Pictures attached.
