KFC - Saxon Gate in Milton Keynes

Shocking service. Waited 30 minutes for food. When I chased up my order, they told me they had already called my number but it was showing as being prepared on the screen and they hadn't called it! When we asked for our order as they said it was ready, they then went on to prepare it from scratch! We told them it wasn't ready first they argued with us then they ignored us. I asked for a voucher or reduction in cost but they refused. I told them they had lost a customer but they didn't seem bothered

Absolutely horrendous ‘service’ Hopeless staff incapable of the most basic tasks 5mins waiting to order (no queue) 5mins trying to order my 3 items, followed by almost 10mins waiting for it

Drive through and Dine in is perfectly blended in this beautiful space. Good service is the highlight! Never to mention the quality of food served as it taste the same everywhere else in UK.Rice basket was superior with zinger chicken was fresh from the kitchen. Dips was also good! The coffee from KFC always sucks👎

Ordered via the app and took well over 30 minutes for the food to be ready. That was only after we chased where it was. Absolutely shocking service from the staff who were more focused on the Deliveroo deliveries than the customers in store. Our order clearly said it was ready to collect on the board but we were told the order hadn't been received! Had to ask for a manager to get it sorted and there were still items missing. Do not recommend.

Ordered online and waited until our number came up to collect, went up and waited. After 25mins from ordering we asked where our orders were and they had no record of them even though our number was showing on the screen to collect still. Asked for the manager who had to make up the orders for us but he wouldn't do anything extra to make up for all the waiting. Got to my table to find 1 peice of chicken was still missing and then also 1 portion of chips.Other people around us also not receiving stuff as ordered and orders not being done in order. Lovely restaurant shame staff aren't on the ball.

Absolutely awful. Asked for thighs and didn't get any. Felt they done that on purpose. Chicken was dry and so over cooked. Waited for nearly a hour as staff serve delivery drivers as a priority. Will never go there again and they have brought shame on the KFC name. Disappointing to say the least but at least the dustbin got fed.

I have waited over 2hours for my order that I placed with uber eats. The delivery driver had been waiting in the store for over 40mins then kfc cancelled the order.I had to drive down to kfc to find out what was going on to be spoken to by management like I was dirt.I would say the young 17year old lad that works there was the most helpful person in the place.You know who you are thank you mate.I would highly advise going elsewhere

Very poor experience, chips barely warm and tasted like they had been cooked and left for some time. Found a piece of blue plastic under the skin of my chicken which we complained about and was given a replacement. Tables were dirty and not cleared the whole time we sat eating and it wasn't even very busy at the time, so staff were not exactly rushed off their feet for a Saturday ! I definitely will not be eating there again

Not a very good experience for me & my partner. The floor was not clean & the tables were never cleaned in all the time we sat eating our food. Now on to the food, my chips 🍟 were good, but my partners tasted like they had been hanging around a while, with a stale smell to them. The biggest shock was still to come, she found a piece of green plastic/kitchen cloth under the skin of the leg of chicken, I took it back & all they did, was to apologise & replace it with 2 pieces of chicken. I also feel that the skin of the chicken in the last few years has lost its special taste. That's my KFC 🍗 days over for good.

Shocking!!Floor littered with food, rubbish on the tables. Had to wait over 15mins for 4 items. I had to ask a member of staff to clean over the table amd all she did was push it off the table amd onto the floorKFC NEEDS TO BE WORRIED is this is thier new standards.
