I arranged a birthday meal here for my partner - we had a very serene evening in a beautiful setting, with exquisite, top-quality dishes and very attentive and professional service. I'd highly recommend their Loch Fyne Mixed Grill or their Yellowfin Tuna, both were wonderful matched with a white wine. Treat yourself to the creme brulee to finish!!

Slow service...we were sat immediately at our booking time, however, no one came to even take a drink order for another 15 mins. Oysters were OK, a bit on the small side. Mussels and scotch egg were nice. We split the Mixed Grill and it was plenty for the 2 of us. Pudding was lovely. Overall, everything was just...OK. Certainly not blown away by anything. The slow service just put a down mood on the evening.

We was so looking forward to having lunch here but was so disappointed as the food was so bad my brother had the fish pie and was ill for a week. I had the fish n chips again not very nice. The owner / managers need to review their menu and change the people who cook the food, staffing and customer service ok.Ps, very expensive and not worth the money.

Very disappointed. To be honest. Took my wife for her birthday dinner as she loves seafood and we had always had nice food at Loch Fyne though first time at the Woburn restaurant.Starters, we both thought were expensive for what was served and have to be honest a bit bland, thankfully salt was available on the table. As the driver I also had a coffee but had to chase for a spoon to stir.....Ok we all forget things I appreciate thatMy wife had the seafood mixed grill and was unimpressed by that course as the Squid was very chewy and when she mentioned it the staff member was told it's the way the chef cooks it and some other customers had said the same.....Hello, surely that's a sign to change how you cook the squid? She also ordered Half a Lobster, this came with no tools to get the meet out from those awkward places and only appeared after we asked if any tools are meant to be supplied with the dish. Overall her meal was bland. My course was ok for a fish and chips, though do have to admit it was a really nice piece of cod loinWhen we got home we both felt let down and after spending over a £100 expected more.....Sadly we won't visit again

Very nice restaurant, who loves sea food, definitely, should come here. I've tried oysters for first time and I liked them. The place itself is nice, cosy and felt us feel like home. The staff is very careful and has high customer service skills. I definitely will come back.

Excellent Quality food and great setting. Unfortunately our Waitress was particularly inattentive. She offered us bread then didn't bother to bring any until we were half way through our starter. Similarly our cutlery didn't appear until after our mains had arrived and to top it off the manager had to prompt the waitress to take our payment.

The food was lovely, very rich, be prepared to be full quickly, service impeccable.

Loch Fyne is such a special seafood restaurant nestled in the center Woburn. The oysters are delectable. The mains beautifully presented and delicious and they also offer a great selection of specials. The staff are so warm and welcoming, remembering us every time and making us feel special. They are professional, offer humor and an entertaining, happy buzz to a truly amazing restaurant. Spotted their lobster on show the other day and I haven't been able to stop thinking of it since. A definite place to visit if you're in the area, even if you aren't its worth traveling to.

Sadly Chef couldn't tell an onion from a beetroot.Under and overcooked mussels and few of questionable freshness all in the same bowl.Quite simple to shake the cooking pot and gently turn the mussels when cooking. That way the ones at the bottom don't get over cooked and the ones at the top get a chance to cook.No excuses either these mussles were right on the sell by date.A precedent is set for this too, old dry Seabass in the display cabinet and one of my six oysters was also off.Herein lies the issue, a pro oyster shucker can tell from the feel of the weight whether the creature inside has expired before even opening it.We did enjoy the squid and mackerel Pate though.Manager was pleasant and explained their covid safety policy. We were promised Nicki would be our only waitress but had no less than four people serve us?Some positives, some negatives, but if they can't get the very basics of serving top quality fresh shellfish and fish especially as they are charging top dollar they are going to struggle.
