I would like to say a big 'Thank you' to Jane (Bra fitting) she was very helpful and went above and beyond to help, my daughter and myself, considering there were no appts that day, Thurs 28/04, she pleasantly helped us both when she had finished with another client and now we both feel happy with our bra's fitting properly! As much as I like coffee I dont like coffee from their Cafe. I ordered coffee already few Times here and always Milk is burnt. Tables are dirty and a lot of leftovers are on the the floor. Not recommended if you want rest at nice place with Good coffee.

One week ago went into cafe, yes it is painfully slow. I was shocked at how the chairs and edges of the table have old food and drink still stuck to them. Yes there was someone wiping the tables, but not with any effort. With us all having just coming out of a pandemic, It seems cleanlinees has lapsed.

We ordered Flowers and chocolates online for our special occasion, they did not arrive on the requested date. We tried phoning the online service to no avail, so we went to the store MK1 to the customer service department to find out what had happened to our order. Selma was excellent and phoned the online service to find out why the order had not been delivered, she tried to explain to the person on the phone without any positive outcome. So she asked me to talk to the person who refused a refund and was generally very rude, obstructive and unwilling to help. Selma stepped in and talked to her manager and proceeded with a refund and complementary flowers and chocolates, we had wonderful customer service from Selma and M&S in MK1. Such a shame that the online Ordering service and delivery is so poor. Many thanks to Selma for her understanding, empathy and great customer service.

I mean where do I even start. Literally came for lunch and got our order when it was almost time for dinner. Really slow service and it wasn't even that busy. The food is delicious but the wait time and service is appalling. They need more staff. As I'm typing this review another lady complained about the wait. Case in point. I sentence m&s to community service in Costa cafe to learn about efficiency and speed.

Utterly useless management. Shambolic is too kind for the level of competence and organisation. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Big thank you to the lovely Ocean who helped us with one of our special needs students who needed a bra fitting at short notice. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I visited Marks and Spencer cafe today around 11am. I never usually leave reviews but I was honestly blown away by the helpfulness of all the team. They were so accommodating to me and my son that had a dairy allergy and went above and beyond to ensure he had something to eat. Thank you I had a lovely coffee and my son was very content with his lunch!!

Nice shopping experience. Not too busy, plenty of place to park.

Good location, perfect quality food in store and shelfs perfectly stacked. The clothing is good quality and the staff is very helpfull.
