McDonald's Brickhill in Milton Keynes

8pm Friday evening, food not as fresh as it usually is. Staff in kitchen clearly working very hard, but no-one clearing tables the whole time we were there. Other customers also saying it was a disgrace.

I have an autistic son who loves a McDonald's but as I don't drive I quite often have food delivered, via Uber Eats, from this restaurant but unfortunately they almost always omit something from my order, usually its the dips that go with certain food items, but most recently it was one entire meal except for the drink, I have worked in a fast food restaurant and know that the order comes up on a screen, how hard is it to follow and get the order correct? The food temperature is always a little on the cooler side but my last order looked like it had been thrown in the bag with damages boxes and fries all over the inside.Not what you'd expect from a company like this.

The only thing consistent at this branch is the poor service. Over 15 minutes from payment being taken to food being delivered to our parked car. Parked orders happen more often than not at this particular branch. The young lad that I questioned regarding the wait was extremely rude when I enquired why they carry on taking orders if they can't fulfill them at the rate they accept them. Wrong orders or missing items are also a very common occurrence at this branch. Would highly recommend to avoid this branch and try the one at the MK Don's stadium instead.

Took over 30 minutes for drive through order, didn't even place my order properly and had to change prior to paying, disgraceful service. Will never go there again. Kingston one is the best 👌 AVOID this one like the plague!

It is McDonald's so fairly standard. We had picked up grandson early, for half term so stopped for breakfast. Pancakes for grandson- devoured! Sausage and egg McMuffin meals for us. They do a really good coffee. Clean and friendly.

I actually went into the restaurant because I wanted it hot. When i got home 5mins later the fries were very very cold, filet of fish tepid and tasted funny. The only thing i could have and enjoy was the orange juice. I had to bin the rest....too cold.

Terrible... Was late at night and appeared to be a shift change so the outgoing staff didn't seem to want to do anything except go home.Place looked like a bomb had gone off.. Over filled bins, food on the floor and every table had rubbish on. I had to clean my table to sit and eat.Burgers that looked like they had been thrown together by a toddler, and stone cold fries.. When asked if they could be changed, the response was there aren't any fresh...... Asked the staff if they could make some and all I got was an eye roll and a massive sigh... I appreciate it was late, but I was hungry, and this was not a good experience or a good representation of Mcdonalds at all.

Excellent customer service. Extremely polite paitent and an absolute pleasure to be around. Kids were all very happy and made the whole family smile.

Usually good- today cold fries which they replaced followed by arriving home to my son's plain big Mac - fully labelled- had cheese inAnd still no milkshakes or mcflurries since Xmas hols

2nd picture is from the first time we saw a hair in our food and they assured us it wouldn’t happen again and the rest of the pictures are from today. when i called they just said to get a refund through uber but that’s not good enough, especially when the kids were exited and now they can’t even eat it. the food was also stale and mcflurrys were melted. this is the last time i’m ordering with this branch due to their poor hygiene and inability to take accountability for their actions.
