McDonald's Kingston in Milton Keynes

Go in most days for a coffee or ice cream and sometimes more. Wish they had a dedicated cafe for the older folks that go in. I'm sure it would go down well at their prices with a cake or biscuits.

The assistant manager of this store, Emily-Louise was a massive help when my car battery died in the drive through. She handled the situation really well, directing traffic. McDonald’s are lucky to have her working for them. She restored my faith in humanity. jk but McDonald’s have found them self a really good, kind hearted person.

Placed the order at the 9th June around 1am for Italian stack which has been advertise as a Summer menu, also asked for Grill BBQ Bacon wrap, my ticket was number 8.Staff already served peoples with above order number like number 14 .All of the sudden male staff member ( looks like piggy face to me ) in the white shift which I assumed is as manager lay down over the counter and has been served before everyone else because he was going home.I understand his shift has finish but he does not present professionalism at all.Very well done to the female staff member in the white shift and having headset over the head, she is working in few areas at the same time ensuring orders are leaving kitchen on the time.

I mean, it's McDonalds. Should all know it by now! Sometimes it is hot and fresh, other times it can be stone cold. Every McDonalds I've been to is the same. Forgotten items a few times now but are always good at sorting you out if you return for them. I'd recommend this one over some of the others, but it depends on the day/who is working.

Remember the days when Mc Donald's Always had a floor member of staff who would clean up after us, the filthy customers??Well apparently not anymore.. Looks rather like they want to attract rats rather than customers... Food all over floors and tables.. I see one member of staff changing the bin, and happily ignoring the mess she's trudging through.It's appealing to be honest.Otherwise, a nice large and modern space with a kids play den. Staff friendly, but too preoccupied with getting food out than ensuring the restaurant is clean! More balance between the two needed please!

The food was good but what a bad service.I had gone for my usual Sunday Breakfast .I requested for one more milk and but this young lad either he’s feed up with the job or he doesn’t like the pple of colour.He chucked the milk towards myself and he wasn’t even apologetic.When I enquired why the altitude ,he was like “I was putting it in the bag” yet it landed on table.I requested to talk with the manager who promised to look into this and apologised.Am going back tomorrow hope this time the service will be better or else I go higher.

Bad... closed with no sign any where meant to be 24hour. Now I'm unable to eat as no where else open.. very appalling not even paying attention to staff trying to get in

Mc Donald's Kingston don't like hgv drivers! Doors locked again even though says open. Ask if I can order and collect at window or someone bring my needed food to door." No you need to drive through drive thru" it's a 44ton articulated truck! Still say no.How does your stock turn up!Thanks so much, again.

Where do we start, this is the most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been to,Greasy trays, floor, and all tables were greasy and dirty,Now the food, are you serious by naming this a « Salad » and according to the «Manager » their procedures is different to others and only use HALF slice of cheese in the BurgersThe Fanta tastes like water with orange flavour!!!Looks like the franchise is given to everyone now!?Simply disgusting!

I'm not a fan as the writing is very small so couldn't make out what was available and not too sure what they serve as I don't normally get takeaways and the person serving through the speaker was getting really frustrated with myself and the ladies I support asking questions
