Disgusted with this restaurant! I have never seen it in such a mess! Dirty tables, rubbish left on tables, overflowing bins. The cleaning that was happening during the pandemic is the least a restaurant should be doing anyway. Sure sign Macdonald's don't care Covid is still around. Absolutely disgraceful!!

Everything in stock each time I've gone here, staff are fast, prices are normal, but the ques are mental. Waiting half hour- very high demand. I guess everyone wants great tasting food at low prices. Can't change that.

I think this branch of the Mc Donald was very efficient. We ordered the big mac and the fish o fillet. Was not too impressed with the fish burger . Too bland for my taste. The muffin was okay. Also the flat white coffee at £1.00 was worth the money.

As McDonald's vegan McPlant burger (made with pea protein) had a great review from a food writer, I thought I'd give it a try. Burger was just as good as reported, so I was happy with that. Interestingly, it was the same price as the Filet of Fish that I usually eat there. My meat-eating friend tried one of their wraps - the BBQ and bacon chicken one. They said it was OK but told me that the KFC wrap they'd eaten for lunch was better. KFC is also inside the shopping centre, a short walk away.We visited late, about 5.30 - 6 on a Tuesday. The shop itself seemed clean, which is great. I prefer to eat in the food court area opposite, so I didn't check the seating area. As there were just a few customers at that time, the space was quiet and service was quick, which is exactly what I wanted.WARNING - the touch screen order points are still unreliable re physical order tickets.Always make a note of your Order No when it flashes up on screen, as you may not get a paper receipt. I've taken off one star for that, as it's a long standing but irritating issue. I know I'd be upset if I didn't know my order no because of that issue.

Waited for ages as a problem with mixed up orders before me, paid, got to the collection point & they said they don't have what I ordered, as they'd run out! Then took ages to get my refund. No apologies, no alternatives, total waste of time!!

Ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin with their luxury hot chocolate (about 70p extra than the usual hot chocolate) and it was not worth paying the extra money for cream. As pictured below, the cream had mostly melted by the time we had collected it from the front. The hot chocolate itself did not taste nice.. too watery with no milk in it. The temperature of the drink was very hot though. But I won’t be purchasing this drink again, as it’s not worth the extra money

Been here many times. Most recent visits have all been fine. Food is good as always. The table service due to covid works really well and I hope they will still use the service once restrictions are gone. Saves you looking for a table when there isn't one.
