I ordered two portions of idly and 4 samosas at 8:30. It is now 21:49 and it still hasn’t arrived. When I called to make a complaint, the manager didn’t didn’t even apologise as a basic courtesy and instead responded with ‘only 5-10 minutes.’ It has now been over ten minutes and still no improvement. Whilst the food is nice , I highly recommended you order your meal 2-3 days in advance if you don’t want to end up starving.

Don't bother ordering from their App it fails!First said they were closed, I called them to tell them this. They then opened the app for orders after 6.pm.Supposed to get 10% off with 1st order this didn't work. Ordered anyway.Through to final part where they give a confirmation number through phone. This also failed. Unfortunately they lost out on a £60 order. Not worth the hassle.

If you are willing to wait at least 3hrs to get average dosa then this place is perfect for you. I visited today at 6, order masala dosa, vada and idly. First item came at 8pm, rest item came at about 9pm. When we complaint about this service, manager showing its attitude. I think despite living in the UK they did not learn decency to accept mistake. And, guess what I used to thought idly is circle shape but I received idly of rectangle shape and with bad quality.Better to eat from Sainsbury's or Tesco ready to eat food than wasting to this family run horrible business. They are shaming the name of India.

Food is decent. But the service is super slow. Their 20 mins are always over 40 mins. If you go for collection, you can end up standing for 15-20 mins before someone will come to even acknowledge your presence

Terrible service, 5 people ordered food, after 45 mins the first two came, another 10 mins later the 3rd arrived, another 20 mins after promoting the 4 arrived and. Final dish came an hour and half after first ordering. Manager reluctant to address the issue. First and last visit

Opening times not as advertised. Turned up at 11am on Saturday but the restaurant was closed with shutters down. Disappointing.

The place is neat and tidy. Service was prompt and didn’t wait long for the food. Food itself was very tasty, did not compromise at all on the flavour. It is priced decently. Portions are generous. It’s the taste of home, away from home. Compliments to the chef.

Small outlet, quite busy. Ordered vada and podi masala dosa, both little burnt. Spicy chutney. Have to try non veg and then update the rating. Bucket biryani is famous here.

With new location, new decor and a proper seating plan, this is a complete new restaurant. What has not changed though is the authentic South Indian taste, which makes us and several of our friends to frequent this place. Simply amazing! The service however is abysmal as was before. Be prepared to sit for long and get your items in complete different sequence than you would have instructed to.Not to mention, they have increased their prices substantially as compared to before, which is understandable as the overheads for running a bigger and better restaurant will naturally be high. However, that still possibly can't justify the menu price of £2 for one single piece of poppadom (not a portion), for instance.Hence not giving five stars.

Very very good food. The fish Manchurian was the best fish dish I’ve ever had. Portion was huge for a starter. Would definitely recommend sharing that between two. I had the non veg thali for my main and it was lovely. I must admit I was quite full from my starter though but it was so good I didn’t care.
