Nando's - Xscape Milton Keynes in Milton Keynes

We came at a very busy time but you guys still managed to find us a table! We ordered through the app and food came out quickly and it was very very delicious! ✨Cid (Sid) the Portuguese guy made our dinner experience a whole lot better! He was always helpful and friendly and made sure our food came out on time and we had a quick chat too .Just brilliant! Thank you all very much! Definitely will be back !

Took the boys here for a first time and as it was the last day of the hols. Really good food and friendly staff

Poor customer service. Was dealt with by a very dismissive and unpleasant staff member. Had zero customer service skills, ordered a dessert to take away which was presented to me in a chicken box which by the way was an old slice with a soggy biscuit base hanging off/missing. Doesn’t take half a brain to just replace it with a new or fresh one. I’m sure head office have received my email complaint too so hopefully this particular member of staff gets the adequate training required to execute a job my 8 year old can do and some lessons in basic social customer service skills.

Nandos food is great. But their ordering system is full of floors, it takes for ever to order and on numerous occasions it doesn't allow you to complete the order. You still end up going to the counter to make your order. A massive waste of time. Far to stressful an experience for somewhere to eat. Choice of beers or drinks is poor.

I wouldn't bother coming back any time soon. Having spoken to staff 3 times and waiting 1 hour our food had not arrived. Definitely don't bank on a quick bite before the cinema, you'll miss the whole film waiting. Apparently, they had run out of chicken... words fail me.In fairness they refunded us our food in the end and then mistakenly duplicated our order and tried to bring us double what we'd ordered. Very tasty chicken when it finally arrived after 1hr 15 wait.

Never ate a better chicken wing in my life! Many thanks to the very friendly staff. Peri peri sauce with garlic is one of a kind. ❤️

This was one of the better experiences at Nando's - not that I've had a bad one. The Maître d' was extremely accommodating 5 big men who needed space for seating and copius amount of food - we ordered 3 family platters with extras. Good food and overall experience.

Quieter than most of their branches in Milton Keynes. They had pretty much most items on the menu just not the dish I normally opt for which is the beenie. Ended up with the imitator after and fyi veggies, it’s not that great! Can’t believe it hasn’t been replaced yet. However friendly staff and ample car parking

Having meal with my partner we had to do couples meal, trying out the boneless platter mixed and cut up in one plate and sharing it was absolutely delicious people should really try it out.

Absolutely fantastic vegetarian + vegan options, the bean burger and the houmous is simply dreamy, I love coming here with my family.Shoutout to the amazing staff who make it all come together, really down-to-Earth manager on shift that night, and thanks to Sami and Nick who saw to us on the photographed occasion, but thank you to the entire team, especially kitchen - as you can see, that peri-peri leg didn't even make it 10 minutes for the photo. Smells amazing, tastes great, the best music and atmosphere, 10/10 stars from us, thanks again.
