I’ve been a resident of New Bradwell since March 2001. Therefore, I’ve been a customer of Napoli’s since I can remember. Now that I’m vegan, I only get chips, but that’s a whole different issue that I won’t get into because the day chip shops offer more than a mushy veg burger is the day I’ll go into a permanent state of shock. (Seriously, there are only 2 chip shops in the entirety of MK that have an extensive vegan list that goes beyond the usual).Anyway, I was really disappointed by the customer service and felt uncomfortable. As a customer of god knows how many years, this has possibly turned me away from ever returning.Upon telling my family about my visit, it turns out each of them have experienced this very same customer service in the last few months. I don’t want to go into specifics because I don’t care for being talked to like that again – as someone with severe anxiety leaving an *honest* review is incredibly anxiety-inducing, but this is my experience. It also must be said that it’s objectively overpriced in comparison to nearby chip shops, especially when you order a small & a large chips and the small portions turns out bigger than the large.I will add, however, that the refurb actually looks great!

Stopped by for lunch and the food was nice and fresh. Nice clean shop which is almost a luxury these days!

Although the battered sausage was good, the chips were rather bland, and not as good as my local chippie in Olney.

Great service, lovely staff, took my order over the phone for collection. Asked for food to be ready at a specific time and it was. Lovely and clean food was hot and well priced. If I had to make a small complaint the chips were a smidge under cooked for me but I like mine well done... Tasted lovely tho, couldn't mark them down for this. Fish was lovely. 👍

Simply incredible fish and chips. I've recently moved to the area, and enjoyed food from here on a few occasions now. I can 100% recommend it.

Very disappointed. Last week had 3 portions of Haddock and chips. Price has gone up, fish a quarter smaller but the batter inside was not cooked and mushy. The batter taste was not very nice. On the bitter side. Chips not what they usually are in quality and taste. Busy day today , didnt feel like cooking so my son went down for some tea. They missed out a portion of chips which were not the best size and very pale in colour and soft and soggy and 2 portions had to be split into 3 adults. So we are owed a portion of chips.. What's happened. This used to be a good chippy. But we wont be using this one again. Who ever is cooking is not frying for long enough and wondering if the oil needs changing.

Visited tonight for the first time in a while. Ordered a large portion of chips with salt and vinegar. Received what barely constituted a small portion unseasoned. It seems their previous generous servings have dropped away. And in the current climate, it would be good to see them drop their cash only policy and go cashless like the rest of society. I'll stick with driving to Walnut Tree in the future.
