Food and service was good. Flavour wise, not too spicy but they can make it spicy on your request. Boxes are provided to take away any leftovers unlike some restaurants who pack it for you.

The restaurant is good in its service recovery and customer satisfaction. Their Gobi Manchurian is the best one in Mk to try. Food is served hot and their packaging looks better than few other restaurants.

Delicious food, friendly staff.Had been with family.Ticked all boxes, cleanliness, ambience, staff politeness, taste of food.Kids always try "Indian" food here, chicken popcorn or chips have a twist of Indian flavour.Overall it was good, but I was bit disappointed over Gobi65 that day.Usually it would be nice, authentic but last time it was crashed by doing it very soggy, gravy on top of it!

Food was excellent however portions are less than half to what they were before they got popular yet the same price. Also a bit dissapointed with the responce when one of our group asked to get extra egg in the chicken fried rice. The waiter said "we can swap out some of the chicken for egg as it won't fit in the bowl!!!".

Always liked this place but this time will be the last due to their ever diminishing portion sizes. The sizes of their takeaway boxes are half that of their competitors and they can't even fill that up - bit odd as they're very happy charging premium prices for it.There are better options where you can get quality and quantity. Don't settle for less!

Nice food. Sometimes the food can be not as good as if you dine in. Takeway , I mean. Also it depends on what you are looking for. Everyone has varied experience on all food and restaurants. Just because I loved a place, doesn't mean it others will love it. When I had enjoyed food from expensive restaurants, I have heard of people who absolutely hated the food, got sick and threw up from the same place. I have enjoyed food from small, not so expensive places, some people loved it, some got sick.Overall Papajs is good service. Good food. Bit expensive. We love it.

This was our first time at Papa J's and will be our last. We went for a New Year's Eve meal and sat down at our table at 6pm when the restaurant was relatively quiet. Our starters and drinks did not arrive until an hour later. The main meal was terrible quality, only just warm, swimming in oil, not pleasant to eat and poorly presented. Some of our ordered dishes did not even arrive. It was the worst tasting Indian meal that we have ever had. The restaurant was more interested in serving the takeout people and Deliveroo than us. We had to constantly chase and ask for things. Absolutely awful so please do not waste your money on this restaurant.

Nice food. We ordered the king share platter. It's a shame it dosent come with rice and maybe a side veg, but plenty of tasty meat for 4 people. Overall the restaurant was excellent and we'd go back..So why 4 stars? So on the kings platter there was a fish and a prawn item. Neither was nice and needs a rethink. Popodums were ok, but the chutneys were terrible and not at all recommended. Service was good, but we had a change of waiter half way through without comment which makes tipping awkward.Still, all said... a good effort and we'd return.

Perhaps some of the best food I have ever eaten period. Was missing some of the usual things that I would normally eat at an Indian restaurant but the dishes we ordered packed, so flavour! This was my first time eating here but this will be my new go to Indian restaurant.

I don't eat out as a rule but my friend took me to this establishment and boy was I blown away! The food was amazing, the service was great and the thing that really got me was the diversity of the staff, I have never been to an Indian restaurant and saw African staff. I know that some might say that it's not relevant but it is, the manager/owner (I am assuming that he) was very friendly too. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will be returning with my son very soon.
