Pizza Hut in Milton Keynes

This was not a good experience, ok I get that the world wants us to go cashless but to be told it's card or you can't eat is poor way to start a welcome. Inside you are told scan the code (let's hope you have a working smartphone with plenty of battery) you spend the next 30 mins trying to find what your found on the paper menu and complete your order (let's hope your happy using your card online) and then it ask you to leave a Tip ....so who is that for ? I've done EVERYTHING Myself collected my own food and poured my own drinks ....ok so let's head to the toilet where the sign reads we pride ourselves in toilet cleanliness ....as you wade your way through the urine from the overflowing urinals with buckets filling under them.. the food was ok IF you like the gamble ..NOTHING and I mean Nothing is labelled on the buffet so it's a guess to what pizza you are going to get and if you have an allergy there is a board for each pizza type about 10 meaters from the pizza stand but remember the pizza is not labeled so your back to pizza roulette the same going for the sauces in the salad. Once we gambled our way through the food it was warm enough and some really quite good BUT in my opinion as someone with allergies and a dying phone I would head somewhere else

Great value, had the Light Lunch deal which consisted of a flat bread (I chose the bbq chicken topping), unlimited salad and unlimited soft drink for £9.99. This was more than enough for lunch and would have sufficed as a main meal.Great value.

Front of house was warm & welcoming.Service sadly slowly slipped culminating in what looked & sounded like a very miffed waitress when we asked to pay.Will give this one a miss in the future

This review is based on how the two managers in checked shirts belittled and spoke to there staff like they were mud on there shoe... on multiple occasions! This isn't on, especially in front of your customers. But shouldn't happen at all! Maybe need to learn to respect there staff and appropriate ways to communicate!Food and service from the girls was great! Thanks to the kitchen for keeping the buffet fresh and tasty.

lovely staff, good food but i’ll never come againif I ever want to taste cheap pizza will get from iceland, it taste same as here 😳

Only had to queue for about 15 minutes outside despite the manager apologising and saying there would be a 45 minute wait for a table. Ordering is very simple and performed at your table using a mobile app. Payment is completed on the same app. No money or cards need to be exchanged. All very easy and simple. Waitress service brings your order to the table. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Salad bar was well stocked, fresh and nicely chilled. Pizzas were as ordered and tasted great as expected. Overall a great place to eat.

Good service here from friendly staff. Pizza was delicious and very good value for the lunch buffet. Drink refill machine wasn't working when I visited but staff made me aware before I sat down.

We came for the buffet. Lots of fresh pizza and pasta to choose from and unlimited salad bar on which you could help yourself to (unlike other restaurant's where they dish up for you) very good value and pizza and pasta was perfectly cooked. Kids loved the ice cream factory. Will defiantly be returning when next in MK

We arrived just before it got busy and were seated straight away as a table of 5, All of the staff were friendly and helpful and using the scan to order was really easy to use. When our food arrived it was hot and full of flavour, the children also really enjoyed making their own Ice creams after.Definitely recommend eating here 👍

We were in town visiting family and friends and stopped over for a bite to eat and was very pleasantly surprised by this particular Pizza HutLovely and friendly staff always make it a pleasurable experience when visiting a Restaurent. The vegetarian special was a classic favourite for us and never disappoints.Five minutes away from the M1 with plenty of parking so it’s perfect for a quick bite while you’re on the move!
