Prezzo in Milton Keynes

Lovely meal here had the set menu and was very yummy .

Food was good, pepperoni pizza was nice and cheesy, a little bit greasy. Friend had the roasted pepper pizza which was very nice, it included caramelised onion which added a nice flavour. Citrus cooler was tasty, although served with ice was actually quite warm and needed to be left a while to cool, the orange and pomegranate cooler was mediocre at best.So why only 1 star right? Well the service was awful, we waited quite a while to be asked what drinks we wanted. Then I asked the server if it was ok to use my discount card and immediately I was interrupted by another server who abruptly said "no, Prezzo don't have any discounts", obviously I was shocked, having used it previously in a different branch with no problems. They went to check with the manager and of course it was fine, but then the interrupting server came back to the table to tell me off! I should not have shown them the web page apparently 🤨 this rude and somewhat offensive experience put a damper on the whole dinner. The staff here didn't look very cheery in general, maybe it's because Penelope keeps ruining their service 🤷

Lovely food and a very welcoming atmosphere except from the staff looking like they don’t want to be there and the wait however the food made up for it.

Had a lovely meal in here for my daughter's birthday.Service was a little slow, but I think they were short staffed, like most places at the moment.Prices are reasonable and food was good.Only downside was my spaghetti Bolognese was quite watery and didn't coat my spaghetti like "mumma" would have made!

I had sea bass and it was lovely, kids menu is nice 3 course meal which is great. Service was bit too slow but very nice. Overall lovely sunday lunch.

Worst and saddest gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. Flat, burned yet somehow uncooked, ready-made gf base sprinkled with 10 slices of mushroom and cheese. On top of that it arrived after 1hr 30min and was ice cold.

A really nice meal with friendly, attentive staff. One of our party managed to spill a full glass of wine in her dinner. Almost straight away someone arrived with napkins and then they took the ruined meal away and cooked a replacement.A good atmosphere and good value. If you are going to the cinema or stadium, I would recommend this for somewhere to eat.

Decent pizza friendly staff nice experience but the pasta was very spicy and the Bolognese had a lil bit more sugar than usually...
