Subway in Milton Keynes

Bit slow when we visited but food was good.

It's subway. They sell subs full of sandwich filling and melted cheese.

This is not a subway, followed the directions and it's a bunch of flats. Very upset

They tried to charge my partner for an EMPTY drinks cup for the price of a drink! Only saying the price once asked😬 as well as his bottled drink..asked him which cookie he would like as part of his meal then once we sat down to eat we realised the man missed out the cookie from the meal my partner bought. Bad communication skills and lack of understanding..I wouldn't recommend :(

The member of staff who served us, her customer service was appalling. Worst experience we have had here yet. We asked to have our Subs extra toasted and her response 'how about I toast it first then see if you like it or not' in a rude tone. We responded with no thank you we usually have it that way. Well, her reaction to that was that of a stroppy child who couldn't get her own way? After that we asked if the Drinks were cold when ordering and her response ' well, they are in the Fridge' well yes we know that but sometimes they've just been restocked? Lastly we asked if it was OK to sit in and her reply 'Just don't make a mess,' who in their right mind says that to a Customer?? Seems she needs to take part in a customer service course..Hope to never be served by 'Wai' again

Always seem to be short staffed in this Subway, that being said, the service was very quick and at a high standard although the 2 guys behind the counter looked stressed from the lunch rush!! I ordered a subway classic - meatball marinara on a hearty italian, it was toasted perfectly and the meatballs and sauce was steaming hot which was lovely with the fresh salad on top. Always worth scanning a subcard aswell so you get the points! Nearlly got enough for a free footlong, giggidy

The place is a little on the small side, but has extra seating upstairs. The staff are very professional and polite. The food is absolutely beautiful, you just know, you are eating fresh ingredients, recommend this place.

I asked for tuna melt with cheese and it was absolutely cold I love subways and I always get the tuna melt my first time ordering at this place I'm not from Milton Keynes just passing through. But comparing to other subways I'm sorry to say don't think you guys know what you are doing, went to my local subways and they did it perfect and it was enjoyable to eat was not cold tuna if I wanted that I would have made it a home. Not going to this place again
