Called in here for lunch last week. Ordered and sat, waited the best part of our lunch hour and was just enquiring if we could take it away when it came, mine was waffles with bacon and maple syrup, both the bacon and waffles were so over cooked and barely any syrup. Won't be visiting again, very dissapointing

Nice big spacious cafeDecent food for a good priceToilets right opposite

·

Poor service, ignored by 3 members of staff, no china cups (dishwasher broken??) but given china plate, metal cutlery and metal jug for milk ??? Hair in milk!!!! Wouldn't recommend

The food was hot and tasty, and theservice was great. They have a great menu to cater for most and are great value for money. I would pay extra for a bigger pot of tea 😜

Really clean and well managed vegan option for quick bite after shoping. Staff is really nice and well organized. Highly recommended for people who wants to eat out and keep their healthy eating habit as well. They don't have to do a cheat meal if they are dining out at The cafe.

We had to wait over half an hour for one panini and one toastie, no apology from staff when we asked where our food was. There are three members of staff behind the counter and its a quiet friday in the store. Can't imagine how long it would take on a busy day to get your food!

Unfortunately this is another place that has penalised vegetarians for the sake of veganism. My favourite vegetarian breakfast has now been replaced by a vegan one that has avacado & spinich instead of eggs & hash browns. The price for this aweful change is a £1.35p rise also.35 years I've been a vegetarian & it's harder now than when I first started.I do like this place but unfortunately they have lost a customer in me.

A lot of poor reviews, but come on guys, it's not that bad. Prices are cheap. Food is good given the price. Service is slow when they are busy, but this is clearly because they keep costs down by having fewer staff. The staff are actually great, hard working. Large skinny latte at only £2.65 - just as good as all the rest. I prefer this cafe to any of the other options locally.

Ok so there have been alot of negative reviews about how the staff are rude but when I went there, the staff were nice. However, when my mum order some sort of soup, they came out like 20 mins later to say that she should get something else. But she said the soup she got was delicious and I had a really good barbeque chicken and cheese panini but I was a cooked alot like they put it in a hot oven but still nice.

Rude staff, long wait time for food and when it came to the table the waiter just shoved it on the table and walked away. I went for the big breakfast. The sausages were burnt to the core and the toast was just warm bread. The only thing that they got right was the eggs which was cold by the time It arrived. Absolute shambles. Don’t give these people your money.
