Went out for a meal with the other half the other day, we were served by the wonderful Hannah. Amazing customer service and a real credit to your company! I look forward to being served by her again in the future.

When sat down I noticed a lot of food was going back to the kitchen. Decided to stay and give it a try but soon found out why, chicken wings were deep fried to oblivion. I had the double burger for main, although it looked impressive, the bun was either stale or had been microwaved. When mentioned to the staff it was not confirmed or denied, completely glossed over, almost like it's common feedback. From when I last ate there, the food quality has gone massively downhill in my opinion, especially as it certainly isn't cheap.Staff are friendly and helpful though, hence not giving 1 star.

Food... when it arrived was really good so compliments to the chef and the drinks were great (thanks Mr barman)However... the service was shocking!!! We were seated and then left for 30 minutes before even taking our drink order, whilst waiting for our order another couple arrived who had their order taken right away 🤷🏼‍♀️, the server ignored us for the most part and lacked customer service skills required for the job. Might we add... the restaurant wasn't in any way busy! When finished we were looking for someone to ask for the bill, we were sat near to the kitchen so could see staff coming and going and to our absolute horror we then saw one of the servers put HER HAND DOWN HER TROUSERS, do whatever she did then come into the restaurant and continue to engage with her customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and whats worse is she never once attempted to wash her hands! The staff were chatting across the restaurant as though there was no one there, laughing at the fact the barman had has his first review after 16 years at which point one staff member said 'I wouldn't take the mic out of the man who makes your drinks!!!Please don't waste your money! An yes we will be contacting the management tomorrow!

We was served by Ruby, she was so lovely and patient, would say she made our overall visit! Got my children drawing and explained the menu to them.Had the theatre after, food was served swiftly. Steak could’ve been better. Ruby is a credit to this restaurant , was always smiling even though she was busy.

TGIF usually very average but this evening was a fantastic dining experience. Very decent food and very nice drinks but really the reason I'm siting down, writing a review is for one reason and that's the QUALITY service we received! Frustratingly I didn't catch his name but this lad must have been early 20s with black hair and we learned bartender up-skilled. He served us at table 40 around 6pm.He had some of the best customer service skills I've ever seen, genuine, funny, down to earth and truly went above and beyond. I was genuinely moments away from offering this guy a job in general management. Service like his deserves recognition (and a pay rise!). I've worked in hospitality for some time now from floor staff to management and if I had this lad on my team I'd consider myself very lucky- so you certainly should TGIF!

Had a lovely meal with some colleagues. Friendly and very attentive waitress called Beth, I had a sirloin steak, cooked to perfection, and rest of the party enjoyed their food.I would return and recommend to friends.

Fantastic food tonight, fresh salad, beautifully cooked steak and burger. Then to top it off the staff had dressed the table for my dad's postponed 80th Birthday, with balloons. They also kindly brought him a free pudding with candle! He was delighted! It's been a tough year for him and you put a smile on his face.

Had a nice unexpected meal here. The service was pretty quick despite being busy. There's a great range of American style food including burgers, fajitas, ribs etc. The restaurant was clean, tidy and well kept. The parking out the front of the restaurant is free for 3 hours, but be careful as some areas are different.

Food is very nice, but compared to previous visits years ago to a TGI's its not as nice nor the same variety of choice. There were a few birthdays the night we went, the staff did their singing. Whilst I applaud them for that the atmosphere just wasn't the same as it use to be, which is a shame as TGI Fridays use to be big on its atmosphere..

Great staff, very attentive and very hospitable. Easy accessibility to restaurant with multiple doors. Didn't have to wait long for the food or drinks. Personally my rating is 3½ stars, the food (main courses) was a little on the bland side but the starter's was quite flavourful.
