Absolutely love Thai Modern. We've been 3 times and have never left disappointed.Great value, especially the banquets. Food is always beautiful, as tasty as it looks.The decorative tables and chairs are just as stunning. The only criticism is the lighting and the low volume of the traditional music.

Had an absolutely amazing birthday meal & celebration! The staff were so accommodating & even brought out a cake and sang! The food was fabulous & the service fantastic, the atmosphere is just beautiful. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Love the Thai Modern. Best Thai I have had in the UK. They always use fine ingredients. The menu has a really good selection and most importantly the food tastes amazing. My sister is vegan and she said it has so many choices for vegans too so if you are trying to find somewhere in Milton Keynes then this is the place to go! You have to dine in to get the best experience here but the takeaway still tastes just as great you just don't get that personalised service with all the hand carved vegetables and ornate plates. Also if you like really hot I recommend the jungle curry! In regards to price I really think you get what you pay for and that there prices are reasonable for the food they offer.

Beautifully decorated restaurant and fairly good food. We went quite early so seated promptly. However this meant we were hustled to order quickly and basically moved on. Slightly disappointed in my starter of fried calamari but the rest of the food was good. Grand Marnier oranges desert was the highlight of the meal.

Really good ambiance and service. They have a vegan menu which was helpful. I tried the Pad Thai Phak (vegan), and it was good. I would go there again to try out the other things on the menu. However, I did feel that it was a bit pricey.

One of the better Thai restaurants in MK. If it says spicy, it is! We love the spicy dishes though. I'd make a booking, it does get busy on the weekends.

This was our first time visiting and I honestly have nothing I could fault. We originally booked a table for two for 8.15pm but ended up getting there at just after 7pm; staff kindly accommodated our request to seat us earlier. Food was good (perfect portion sizes!), staff were polite (even when I accidentally broke a vase on the way out) and attentive. Although they were fairly busy, food arrived in good time. Overall, a really good experience and would be happy to return to try some more things from their menu.

Visited for the first time today and it was a lovely experience. Loving the aesthetics inside and especially the little candle ceramic warmers for the food! The food overall tasted really good, however some dishes, the portion sizes bit small. It is a bit hidden away as it’s not attached to the shopping centre but definitely worth a visit!

We enjoyed our lunch here, next time visit MK will definitely come back here! Green papaya salad was our favourite. Starter no.7 also worth to try!Well decorated interior, nice atmosphere, service was great! A fine dining experience with reasonable price, we were very happy!
