What a great way to start motherâs day I am absolutely disgusted we Waited one hour and 10 minutes, To receive a breakfast and when the breakfast arrived it was the wrong order , They couldnât even get the eggs correct on the order form . I repeatedly asked Holly how long are food would be , Her response was that they had big tables and that she was very sorry and go check , If you call a table of six and a table of four busy Youâre definitely in the wrong hospitality service , The food came out the black pudding was burnt to a crisp the bacon didnât even look like itâs been cooked the poached eggs were so gloopy and runny and the fat off the hashbrowns was absolutely disgusting , I have never seen a breakfast presented they way this came out . I myself run our own pub , And I wouldâve been absolutely appalled if my chef Delivered this to our customers ... this definitely doesnât deserve a 1 âď¸happy Motherâs Day

Impossible to get served even when itâs quiet. On two separate occasions Iâve witnessed a member of staff walk into the bar area, clock that there are customers waiting and walk away. Seems theyâd rather hide around the other side of the bar and chat with their regulars than do their job. Wonât be returning any time soon!

Had a lovely meal at The Crown. Although the waitress presented us with a list of items that were not available on the menu, we all thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered. Service was efficient and friendly. We were in the back part of the restaurant and had the place to ourselves for most of the evening. I would recommend a visit, you will find freely cooked, tasty food and good service.

First visit to the crown after being in and around Milton Keynes for years. The pub is a lot bigger than you think, they have seating areas at either side of the bar when you go in. Food is served right out the back for pub grub. Then upstairs was live music. Pleasantly surprised as from the outside it looks like a tiny place. Good selection of drinks, menu is decent. It was a nice place to be with people getting back out and about.Only two negatives, the coke was flat, and the taps in the toilets turn, creating floods and making it difficult to wash your hands. Call a plumber! đđź

Delicious food and great staff! The Sunday roast here was super tasty (on all counts - we tried the pork, ham, and lamb!) after a walk around Stony Stratford Nature Reserve. We think we forgot to tip as we paid on card and feel AWFUL because the service was so good - many thanks to our waitress, who I canât remember the name of (sorry!), who was new and really sweet. We just wish weâd had space for dessert because we wanted them ALL! Thanks again and when weâre back in the area we know where weâll be coming đ

Just an off the cuff visit after noticing they were open whilst out walking with friends. Ordered some snacks a soup and a couple of drinks. Lovely pub, all staff were really great, polite and very efficient. Got progressively busier but the lady (possibly manager) that was there today, managed the tough job of enforcing the social distancing amazingly when she needed to... job well done! đ

Visited The Crown with my family after we went to Bletchley Park for the day, and what a fabulous mean we all had. The building is atmospheric, the staff attentive and the food excellent. Three of us are coeliac ( gluten free) and they dealt with this very well. The allergy menu was clear and comprehensive: people with allergies you will be welcomed here! I am trying to work out an excuse to use the upstairs function room, it is beautiful. There are a lot of different areas, lively and quiet, and an outdoor area too.
