The Grange in Milton Keynes

Food was the best last night i managed to eat the full banquet love going to the grange. When paying the bill i was told the waiter seemed not happy there was no tip sorry but money is a bit short at the moment but overall I would definitely recommend the grange

Such a great restaurant. Staff are always friendly, service is exceptional, food is fantastic and all round superb value. Very welcoming for families and groups with an atmosphere that welcomes conversation, laughter and enables family’s with young children to relax. IMO the best Indian restaurant in Milton Keynes by some way. Don’t let the slightly remote location put you off!

We ordered a takeaway on boxing day and the food was bellow par, i emailed the venue with my feedback and received a call strait away from the manager, he could not have been nicer and took on board what i said. Due to how the manager spoke with me i decided to give them another go and i can confirm the second the food was amazing. The manager even called back once we had our food to make sure it was OK. Perfect costumer service, would highly recommend and will use again.

Really nice restaurant, great service by friendly staff, the food was delicious and staff were keen to guide when choosing new options from the menu. Would recommend a visit

I recently visited this restaurant to order a take out, I was greeted warmly by the front of house staff and I ordered a Kingfisher beer. I talked over my requirements with the waiter & he agreed that he would charge me a Thali price and prepare me three small curries. A lamb dish, a chicken dish & a king prawn dish along with some poppadoms' and dips (primarily lime pickle).I arrived home and was very disappointed to find that there was no lime pickle and this had been replaced with red onion chutney. There was no king prawn dish this had been replaced with an additional paneer dish.the curries lacked meat & flavour and overall it was a disappointing experience.Should be a one star but I have given two stars for nice front of house staff

If you are ever in Milton Keynes and want an authentic Indian experience with a dash of polished English humour away from the artificial concrete city centre void, this is the place! You ll never need to worry about parking ever, it is almost a bulletproof safe neighbourhood. The only 'threat' will be the numerous robots that park outside and let's get it straight, you ll be the threat to them! The menu is to die for, I ve visited numerous times with my 8 year old and all three of us have yet to exhaust the menu! Ensure you make your acquaintance with the proprietor who adds to the great experience, he is hilarious! Average bill for a small family of three £50 drinks incl. Ohh there is a bar as well but you won't need it!

We ordered from Uber eats and I literally have no words to describe what that was. £10 for 4 x rotis we hd 1/2 of one and gave up. Under cooked dont look fresh at all i’ve added a photo. 1 curry was half full of onions and chillis and somewhere in there was some sauce and some chicken pieces. The chicken tikka masala was extremely bland. One of the worst indians ive ever had, heard many great things about this place so maybe it was an off day but i’d be too scared to order from there again.

We booked a table online for 4.30pm as we have a young child, and on arrival were told that it wasn't open until 5.00pm They did eventually let us in after having us standing there in the enterence for 10 minutes waiting. The food was well below average, expensive for what it was and we were definately overcharged! I didn't raise at the time as I did not want to embarrass my family. My advice is to go 100% elsewhere, there are plenty of good Indian Restaurants in and around Milton Keynes area and The Grange is not one of them!

This is the second takeaway we've had in a row that has turned out to be a disappointing meal.First time we received dishes that looked and tasted the same. This time, we received a medium heat dish that had no spice to it whatsoever (my partner is wimp for heat, so really is a fair appraisal) and 3 of the dishes were only lukewarm, despite us arriving sooner than when we'd been advised it would be ready and only living literally a 3 minute drive away.It's a shame, as it's always been a good restaurant, but these two disappointing takeaways in a row has knocked our confidence in it.

I don't normally like Indian food, but this place is one of my all time favourite restaurants! During lockdown we ordered from the Grange at least once a month, and everything we tried was delicious - fresh, flavoursome and light. Finally managed to actually get to the restaurant to eat in for the first time tonight, and the service is nothing short of first class. Very attentive, excellent recommendations and they really went the extra mile and made us feel like special guests. To say I'm impressed is an understatement - we've recommended to everyone who likes Indian cuisine and are already planning to take our friends there when they visit MK.Thank you for the wonderful food and fabulous service!
