Mediterranean starter to share followed by the Sea Bream. Seriously good food, thought I had lucked out on the starter and then this amazing and large Sea Bream turned up, cooked with lemon slices inside. Kids decided they liked the Bream too.

Walking along the canal yesterday 26/03/22 & came across this lovely looking pub/restaurant (I thought it closed years ago) we decided to call in for a drink (just the 1 😃) beautiful inside, the staff were really nice & welcoming.It was busy as it was a warm sunny day but we got served quickly,had a look at the menu what a brilliant menu so decided to eat,I had mixed grill my friend had fillet steak we both loved it,best food we’ve had in Milton Keynes in a long time top marks to the chef,note to chef “ the peppercorn sauce could be a bit thicker” but it was lovely so please don’t take offence 😀.I would highly recommend this lovely quaint little gem of a pub/restaurant to everyone (dog friendly pub) I guarantee you will not be disappointed I can’t wait to go back again this is now my favourite pub/restaurant in Milton Keynes & I only live 5 mins from it.

Great food, excellent service and very nice comfortable seating. We will definitely be going back and will recommend to friends and family. We were served by Meg she looked after us made sure we had our drinks we were never kept waiting at all.

Went to the plough as a last minute surprise Sunday lunch for my gf.. the whole ambience when we entered the pub was great.. decor was awesome and looked classy.We went for the sharer Sunday roast and when it came to the table we wasn't disappointed!! It was huge and was plenty for the 2 of us easily.The meat was cooked to perfection and melt in the mouth.Desert was equally awesome and oh so tasty!!!!All together was a great Sunday lunch and will 100% be returning very soon.Thanks so much!!!

Private function - the room was perfect for our family' do' 14 covers. Food was lovely. Generous portions. Great choice. Excellent service. Full drinks menu. Kids well catered for.

Hired the private dining room for my 50th birthday. Lovely sized room, friendly staff and very tasty food. 10 of us eating and no one had any issues. Would definitely recommend

We have been here a few times and the food has just been OK. Went there for Sunday lunch recently and we will not be visiting again. I have had exactly the same dish at their sister pub, the Cross Keys, which was great. It has the same menu so not sure where they are going wrong. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and it's generally a nice place to sit and eat/drink.
