Found The Station Tavern on line as we were looking for somewhere to eat before going to a gig. Very welcoming on arrival. Lovely staff. The food was excellent. A good menu at sensible prices.

Has a real home run feel, not a chain, really friendly service and food was very well presented and tasty. Clean, I have only been once but a second visit will happen.

We live near to the Station, and had dinner here with family to celebrate a birthday. There were 20 of us. We had pre-ordered our food, which was great. The staff were terrific, friendly and really helpful. Meals included Lasagne, Grilled Salmon, Chicken New Yorker with dessert and of course Doom Bar 🍺. Great job and recommended.

Really nice pub/restaurant which I think gets overlooked.Not a gastro pub but servers good traditional pub grub with a nice little selection of beers and wine.Nicely decorated and clean and a sheltered smoking / Vaping area with a pool table.
