Turtle Bay in Milton Keynes

We both loved it, what a great place! We booked a table online and were seated straight away. The lady told us there were 3 things unavailable on the menu as they had been quite busy lately. This is why I knocked off one star, but I assume it's a temporary and rare issue. When we go back I will adjust my review accordingly. The music gives such a fun vibe! We were served by Hugo who was absolutely lovely. He recommended which rums we could try and they were very nice (#173 black cherry especially). We had a starter of mac & cheese bites. Very spicy but delicious. For our main we had the curried goat, rice and peas and the curried goat hash topped with fried eggs. We were not disappointed! And it was a nice surprise when we got the bill. £38? Great value for such a nice meal! Hugo told us about the bottomless brunch and it sounds amazing. We're looking forward to our next visit, for sure. Thanks all at Turtle Bay, especially the chef and Hugo. See you again soon!!!

10/10 experience today and excellent service from Daniel. The food came out really quickly and hot, the new menu made us want to eat everything so it was super hard to choose. We loved everything we ate and will definitely be coming back!

Amazing atmosphere. Brilliant staff. Fantastic food with plenty of Gluten Free choices. We had an absolutely fantastic night.

Yash at the turtle bay was one of the best barman we have had and it was for my 30th birthday as i was in lockdown so 32 now lol. But honestly quick service and really friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend. Thankyou turtle bay mk

Incredible food and fantastic serviceWe went on Saturday evening as a group of four. All members of staff that we interacted with were friendly and efficient. Our waiter Bobby looked after us incredibly well, resulting in a fabulous evening had by all. Also the food was delicious. In particular the mac n cheese bites, the jerk salmon and the goat curry. Yummy! Will definitely be back, again! Value for money here is so good. Thank you all for another great evening. You never disappoint!

Really nice food. Nice selection drinks. Very generous with ice in the drinks. Not much of a selection for puddings.

Lemme start by saying a huge Thank You to the lovely waitress ( Michelle )x and the gentleman from the bar for making me feel welcome at your restaurant!I popped in for a quick lunch today and maaan I had the best lunch ever! Even tho they didn't have some of the stuff i wanted to order in the first place, their menu allowed me to order something different to my liking! Loving the variety of food!!! Flavours were on point! I'm very critical about Carribbean flavours but I was not disappointed! I've got a big appetite & the Portions are decent!And vegetarian options are Available as well!The cocktails are delicious! And the amount of alcohol is perfect! 👌🏻(I've been to other Carribbean restaurants and sometimes the cocktails just taste like juice...)No complaints! 👌🏻🙌🏻✨ I've been here many times before but no wonder I always return!Oh and loving the music too!Bless up! Ok so I was apprehensive about eating at Turtle Bay as I am quite the harsh judge when it comes to authentic Caribbean foods. But I had jerk ribs and chips with a tiny helping of slaw.To be fair the music was nice, the atmosphere was nice, they good was tasty, and served hot (just how I like it). And it was rich in flavour and tasty. I will go again and try a different meal maybe the curry, but I have extremely high expectations for West Indian curries, not anything will do, but Turtle Bay are worth trying. Reasonably priced too! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff who are attentive and make you feel so welcome. Excellent drinks to choose from and the food is brilliant. Not authentic, more inspired which is something to consider when trying the menu. Curry goat hash, jerk sirloin or fish fry are my favourites, long with chilli squid and chilli brownie for starter and dessert.
