The food is amazing, really good quality and good portion size when eating in... however I would NOT recommend eating here in the evening, the restaurant was freezing- sliding doors almost constantly open leaving us wearing our coats inside to eat! I would get takeaway as the food was lush, but would never go back to eat in

We had a get together of about 20 people at Urban Dhaba today (Sunday afternoon). Every dish we had ordered was excellent and service was too good. I would highly recommend Urban Dhaba to anyone to try either with friends, family or get together.

Fab food.. very tasty and made with passion. Thank you Khan and rest of the team for your welcoming vibe. We had a great time ( one of our family members got a bit too relaxed, sorry about that) and we really, really needed that at this time.We would definitely recommend and visit again. The deco is checky and Cute. I loved the traditional bed by the wall, so comfy. The personalized chocolate at the end was so cute, not many places do that anymore xI wish you had a restaurant in London. Best wishes to you all!

All the food served are as good as the one in India, enjoyed it really well. I would recommend this place to all the foodies in India and also to everyone who wish to try Indian food.

Good ambience, great yummy fresh food, though the service is a bit slow during weekends, the quality of the food compensates for it. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and food are good. The atmosphere here is always lively. They play songs from most of the Indian languages, unlike Indian restaurants which play only hindi songs., which is a good thing. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy.Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant for great tasty authentic Indian food.

We ordered 2 lamb dishes and both were good. The mango lassi was good too. The waiter seemed to be having an off day and wasn't friendly. Rest everything else was fine.

Friendly waiters, went in spontaneously for dinner and the samosa chaat was absolutely spot on and beautifully presented. Lamb chops definitely in my top 3 that I've ever tasted. Also ordered chicken korma.. My friend enjoyed it more than me. I prefer spicy. Overall great experience. Will be back to try other dishes. Thanks Dhaba team.P. S Even though I'm Muslim.. I think the Hindu traditional theme and decor was pretty and very unique.

Writing this review after visiting three times in the last year. The restaurant interior feels very spacious with good seating area. The restaurant is children friendly. We ordered a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items and found most of them to be of reasonably good taste and consistent texture. The portion sizes were healthy too. Most of the items were quite spicy and unless someone is used to that level of spice, the whole tasting experience could be ruined. The menu doesn't indicate the spice levels and there is not much flexibility to customise the spice levels to suit customers.Customer service was a let down. In all of our visits, we felt the service a bit cold. Good food with cold customer service could well turn away repeat custom.

Delicious food and great ambience. Their special dum biryani was mouth watering and our lucky find was matka kulfi. After long time have found a proper Indian restaurant. Lost one star as it was too busy and service was slow. Will visit again.

Visited Urban Dhaba for dinner and they sadly failed to deliver. The place looked new with very nice interior, however the food lacked the variety and taste Indian food usually carries. The staff were good but I wasn't happy we weren't given seating away from the windows just because it's a Saturday night (and those seats weren't occupied the entire time we were in the restaurant).
