Exceptional levels of service and very good food. Had someone in our party who is wheelchair bound and made great accommodations to make sure she also had a great time. Despite being extremely busy we were served in a timely manner and everyone had a smile on their face. Great experience and would definitely come back again when I'm in the area.

Friendly service. The vegan food was delicious and the veganuary fish is also very tasty. The potatoes that come with the dish are a bit too spicy and they overpower the fish, but a part from that everything else was amazing, especially the vegan chilli squid

It was busy but went quickly and staff let us know how long the wait would be

Went Escape Wagamama and although we stood at the door for 5 mins just waiting to be seated as the staff just looked at us. Slightly expensive for what it is but it was nice food. 7/10

Felt a bit odd how we were ushered in, sat down, told we couldn’t sit there, went to sit again just to be told not there either, and then when we finally sat down they told us we had to go back outside and wait to be let in. As soon as we got to the front door a waiter came over and said we could come in??? After we’d already sat down? So bizarre. Made me feel uncomfortable and, as this was my first time ever trying a Wagamama, I’m not sure how convinced I would be to come back. Sure, the food impressed me, but it’s a little pricey and I think I’ll choose somewhere else to celebrate an anniversary next year. We also went to specifically try the vegatsu and they let us order it without telling us they had run out.My other complaint would be that we ordered wok fried greens and it came with one piece of broccoli? Again, disappointing.Other than that, you can’t really fault the food; it’s exactly what it says on the menu but it’s not as filling as I had hoped, and the meat options outweigh the vegan options.

Couldn’t recommend this place more! The food was delicious, service was a little slow but we were seated right away. We ordered the ramen, pad Thai and firecracker prawns - super delicious!

The quality of the food is always very high. On our most recent visit we had an issue with our second main course coming out 15 minutes after the first. Normally the food does come sporadically but never as long as this. That being said the staff kept us informed and apologised

Wonderful ambience, spacious and private seating and all meals were pact with flavour. My teenage daughter is vegetarian /vegan and she suggested here and we had a lovey lunch with generous portion sized meals.Took one star off for chasing up cutlery and napkins which needed to be on the table in the first place and meals were brought out sporadically which meant at least one of us sitting with our meal waiting whilst minutes went by for food/side orders when it's nice to actually recieve all our food at the same time and start eating together.Waited too long to be asked for desert so decided to leave and paying was slow too.Would 100% revisit and recommend.Really wanted to give you 5 Stars.

Love the new menu and the outdoor dining. The weather was nice for outdoor dining. I enjoyed my healthy smoothie, pudding and summer noodles. As I have allergies, they provided an electronic list of the dishes which I needed to avoid. Ordering and paying for our meal was also efficient. The staff were all attentive to customers needs.
