Waitrose , milton keynes in Milton Keynes

Thanks to staff for trying to help with new Waitrose voucher system. Staff great, system far too complicated for odd £ off. Lidl system much easier.

Waitrose oakgrove milton Keynes is always a great store the staff in there are really helpful and it's great for driving to as it has ample free parking for all us car lovers. If you shop cleverly it won't cost much more than Tesco or sainsbury's. For example this 2022 easter week we are having a brined fresh large roast in the bag chicken for £4.50 and a joint of beef at 25% off. Also their roast dinner accompaniments are all reduced such as red cabbage maple roasted veg and roast potatoes as is all their fresh curry range by 25% and their fresh curry range is awesome. Food is always fantastic.

What is the point of offering customers vouchers on the my Waitrose app when the Wi-Fi in this store is so poor that the app won’t work in store. The Wi-Fi has been very poor since the store opened, I have reported it several times and nothing seems to happen

Nice modern store, friendly partners. Bigger than the average Waitrose, has a John Lewis section which is handy.

Standard small Waitrose really. They have a pretty good selection of products, and you're be able to easily get your average weekly shop there. Plus some more specialist products. The food is good quality generally and the staff are generally nice

I managed to buy everything I was looking for. Very friendly staff. Really nice store with a customer service desk.

Recently been informed of a large rat infestation by a member of staff at this Waitrose, I find this absolutely abhorrent and am disgusted by the nonchalant attitude shown towards this serious problem

We went to the cafe in Waitrose Oak Grove for lunch today at 1pm. The chalkboard told us it was Tomato & basil soup but we were told there was no soup as someone had forgotten to switch the machine on. How long does it take to heat up a bowl of soup. We then decided on a toastie but they weren't available either. We settled on a miserable sandwich each (choice of only 2) with the most minimal of filling. Shameful.

Got to be the largest Waitrose I know. One result is that product ranges are larger, particularly noticeable in the veg isles. I've only shopped here outside busy times when it has been quiet, but would think it likely to be fine when busy as there are also extra tills. Car park might be the limiting factor.

Excellent grocery store. Well stocked. Good staff working hard to keep up with merchandise.
