Xpresso Net in Milton Keynes

I’m a regular customer at Xpresso Net and usually always have an excellent experience but we were disappointed after our visit today when we were told we couldn’t buy a sandwich which seemed weird. The blonde girl on the counter said they couldn’t toast any sandwiches as the toaster oven had been cleaned 15 minutes before actual closing time. It’s a shame she couldn’t be bothered to do a toasted sandwich for us to takeaway. There were loads of pre-prepared sandwiches ready to be purchased so it was odd to not be able to take one away. It’s generally an excellent place to visit but worry the quality for customers is declining.

Popped in after sledging & was very pleasantly suprised! The layout makes you feel really relaxed & the staff were ever so welcoming.The coffee was good & there was a great selection of snacks & paninis.Nice to see a family business in the centre & should be supported even more so because of that. Will return when in the area again.

Love this family run coffee shop, staff always friendly, coffee is smooth and perfectly crafted every time. Highly reccomend. Its become my daily grab and go

Nice place but you can't bring your own pc to have things printed..have to use thiers which always creates security problems etc

Very disappointed as they were closed early before 6pm on Sunday 6th feb because they are under staffed.

Waited for 5 minutes at the counter and the two people serving didn't once make eye contact or apologise for the wait, and just chatted to each other - the place wasn't even busy. I'll take my custom elsewhere.

My regular coffee place, love it, always a nice chilled spot for a drink, and the staff are always friendly.

Only went in because I needed to use the internet this morning to do some essential printing. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, great service & a lovely latte. Will definitely be going again! It made my morning!

lovely warm welcome and great service with a smile we love a costa but the gingerbread latte and hot chocolate are the best we have ever had by far and my little girl just loved the cup+saucer her hot chocolate was served in and the delicious smartie cookie 😊 we will definitely be returning soon xx

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service today.Stood at the counter waiting to be served.Waited 5 minutes. Cafe was not busy. Lady at photocopier machine printing or copying forever. Looked over but didn't acknowledge me. I went over to her to check she was the employee. Reply was ' I'm on my own ' and carried on photocopying. How rude.Previously have enjoyed a coffee or two here. A shame I am writing this but some customer service training please to this lady.
