Visited for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It's quite difficult to spot from the outside but the inside had been decorated very well and stands out a lot from the rest of Milton Keynes. The staff were attentive, smiling and polite. The food was excellent with a nice variety to choose from.A little bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend.

I went to Thai Modern Restaurant on a recent visit to Milton Keynes and this seemed to be the best option for myself as a vegan and my partner who is not. We were certainly not disappointed. The restaurant has beautiful decor and ambiance. The service was exceptional and the furniture and decor were also first class.On perusing the menu I was delighted to find that there was such a wide variety of dishes for vegans. It was lovely actually having a choice, which so often isn’t the case when I eat out. Everything we ordered was delicious, beautifully presented and very satisfying.A great experience that I’d highly recommend. Hope to visit again soon.

Delicious food, full of flavour and pleasant ambiance. Had the Bangkok banquet menu, polished pretty much everything off the plates. Heartily recommended

Absolutely love Thai Modern. We've been 3 times and have never left disappointed.Great value, especially the banquets. Food is always beautiful, as tasty as it looks.The decorative tables and chairs are just as stunning. The only criticism is the lighting and the low volume of the traditional music.

Really good ambiance and service. They have a vegan menu which was helpful. I tried the Pad Thai Phak (vegan), and it was good. I would go there again to try out the other things on the menu. However, I did feel that it was a bit pricey.

This was our first time visiting and I honestly have nothing I could fault. We originally booked a table for two for 8.15pm but ended up getting there at just after 7pm; staff kindly accommodated our request to seat us earlier. Food was good (perfect portion sizes!), staff were polite (even when I accidentally broke a vase on the way out) and attentive. Although they were fairly busy, food arrived in good time. Overall, a really good experience and would be happy to return to try some more things from their menu.

We enjoyed our lunch here, next time visit MK will definitely come back here! Green papaya salad was our favourite. Starter no.7 also worth to try!Well decorated interior, nice atmosphere, service was great! A fine dining experience with reasonable price, we were very happy!

Visited for the first time today and it was a lovely experience. Loving the aesthetics inside and especially the little candle ceramic warmers for the food! The food overall tasted really good, however some dishes, the portion sizes bit small. It is a bit hidden away as it’s not attached to the shopping centre but definitely worth a visit!
