A dining experience to forget tonight. Having arrived without a booking they happily found us a seat. Ordered through the app drinks and starters arrived in good time. From there it was down hill. Had to wait almost an hour for our main courses. Intermittent visits to table with apologies and 'it's coming in next three/four minutes'. Eventually when food arrived two meals were over cooked.Staff offered refund to their credit. And got some drinks free.I don't know what happened tonight in the kitchen but Gordon Ramsey would have told them F@¥k Off.Not their finest night and let the brand down.

Good service, the food was brought in reasonable time. Good looking restaurant. I'd say the prices could be a bit lower, but if the restaurant is often fully booked then people are happy to pay that kind of level of prices I guess. Overall we liked it

The food was yummy! But the service was not great. We had to ask for our drinks multiple times and the waitress threw our food down on the table and ran away without saying anything. We asked for no mushrooms as my partner has an intolerance but we found lots on his pizza. Overall, the experience was not great and we will probably not return.

It's been a while since I found out about Zizzi and I've been wanting to try it for a while. First of all, they've got a few of our orders wrong: we ordered two garlic bread, the vegan options, and we were given the one with cheese. It was a bit annoying because they didn't take them back straight away, as we couldn't eat them, but we kept being told that that's what we ordered. In the end, after a while, the waitress agreed that they gave us the wrong dishes and they re-did both of them. The bread was amazing and I had high expectations for the following orders because of it.The pizza was very disappointing. It was very thin and had no texture. The crust part looked nice, but it was actually empty crispy layers of bread. This was a very poor interpretation of Italian pizza 😂 the dough recipe needs to be reviewed.The lentil ragù had nice flavours, but it was kinda watery.The staff was friendly though, so points for them.

Sat in a table with dimmed light underneath stairs, can't see the menu clearly, have to use torch. Service is not brilliant where you have to walk up to till to ask for extra sauce. Pizza and meatball lazania is tasty. King prawn linguine lacks seasoning.

A fantastic experience was had all round. The food was really good quality and well priced. My server Jordanne was incredibly attentive and made my overall experience wonderful. She ensured I was taken care of throughout and made sure to check back regularly to see if there was anything extra she was able to do for me. Would certainly recommend.

Had an amazing server named Sophia and she was just absolutely amazing!! Was so friendly and complimented me and made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable!!! The food was great but i can’t get over how amazing the customer service was! Overall it was a wonderful, memorable experience :)))

Was going back after 10years because last time I went the main course risotto had been reduced to a starter size which was ridiculous. My wife is a vegan and we saw that they had a lot of choices so we gave them another chance. To our shock the main course arrived before the starter. However they were really contrite and the food was excellent, AND they gave 25% off the food so left the restaurant happy and will return to give another try

What a joke!! Table booked for 7:15pm.... Still waiting for food at 8:45pm. Clearly overbooked with not enough staff and staff confirmed this to us more than once. Told to book drinks through the app as this will be quicker... Hahahaha! Still just as slow and not all drinks available to order on the app. Really disappointing. Won't be returning. Avoid at all costs. Oh and they also think it acceptable to seat you in the walk way to be constantly knocked by everyone walk past and at risk of having food dropped on from the kitchen. *Edit* just walked out at 9pm as the kitchen "lost" our ticket!!!

Been here a few times when staying in MK for work and it’s our restaurant of choice now! Great food options, including veggie and vegan, quick service and the ability to order online from your table. The team are always friendly and quick. Didn’t have to wait long for food and the quality & taste were spot on. Lots of space but does get busy, even midweek, so might be worth booking if you go after 7/8ish as we haven’t seen them open upstairs midweek yet. Free bowl of pasta crisps are always a nice treat! Lovely wine selection too! Will definitely return as found the menu/food/service to be really consistent.
